My first order was very nice. Hoping this is too. This item came with holes in the lace that looked like it wasn't sewn. Down both sides of the front. It looks like it's already been worn. The size says it's a large but it looks like a medium. I've been in contact with your service to see about returning it.

Product is from China and very bad quality. Website is beautiful but the product is terrible. One blouse was really rough and felt like paper with painted daisys on it. Stiff.
Dress sent with the sleeves not finished in the wrong size.
Warning you have to pay to return everything at your cost. Not a good company. Beware!

I placed an order for six items. After a week with no updates on shipment, I inquired with customer service to find out the items were all out of stock. The online order details stated that items normally ship in 3 days, but they never wrote me to state my items were out of stock - much less preventing me from ordering items that were out of stock. My advice - avoid doing business with them. It's a waste of your time.
I really like how these clothes look in pictures, but when I get them, they are never the same and often much unlike what was pictured, and then I am very disappointed. I am not going to be ordering again.
I will NEVER purchase from this company again or any of its derivatives. If and when I see their products I will makes sure people know that they are just a scam.
They've put a lot of time and effort into ripping people off. Elaborate scheme. Why not put their energy into selling what they are advertising?
And if a product is sold out. Say that. Takes under a minute to change a website posting.
Dress advertised as made of rayon, but label says polyester. I understood there was free shipping on orders over $75, but it appears that is only for US$ orders. That fact not mentioned on website. Only offered small compensation for unusable product as cost of return freight from NZ is much more that dress cost. Very disappointing experience. Won't use again.

I thought it was more of a sweater fabric. Instead it seemed like t- shirt fabric, I thought it was overpriced.
I ordered two shirts from this company, thinking that they would be OK in fit according to their size chart. Well, looks like I was wrong because I received my items and they were tired. Definitely not true to size, as this company is definitely an Asian company and the sizes run smaller. When I wrote to them to return the items, they totally told me that I could not get a label from them and they didn't even provide me their address. Well., lesson learned for you. I will give you the clothing to Goodwill.
They indicated they were out of California-nope- just another Chinese scam site for women's clothing!I tried to cancel within 20 minutes of placing the order but was told the items had been shipped! Thanks to Pay Pal they cancelled and refunded when the items had not been received within 12 days even though I paid for 3 day shipping.
Placed order 7/3 but never rec'd. U contacted me on 7/30 saying order was mailed but tracking info stopped updating for some unknown reason. You were supposed to find problem and let me know!

Ordered a pair of jeans and two pair short pants. Quality is good and fit was just right.
Great site with many types of sweaters, tees and tops for everyday wear plus Christmas and holiday tops to choose from. Ordering was easy and the items came in a timely manner since they are for Christmas presents. I will be ordering in the future.
Fit and fabric not as shown. Size chart isn't an accurate guide. Suggest ordering at least two sizes bigger than your normal size, and don't expect a great fit. The photos of the clothes they show are beautiful, but the clothes you actually get don't measure up.
Great dress for great price. I ordered a medium. I'm 5'4,145. Fabric has a decent amount of stretch to go with my curves and easily and comfortably fit over my hips. Band in the middle also has stretch and is not stiff which was pleasantly surprising. Fabric is a bit see through so I wore a write slip underneath but worth it and beautiful
The products arrived within the allowed window, but the quality of two of the items was well below acceptable. I should have known better than to order from a business that does not publish a phone number or allow Google reviews. I have emailed several times requesting return authorization and received no response. My only option is to contest the full charge with my credit card company to see if that will cause them to respond.
Very strange returns process - given that this website seemed to be an Australian one, you'd assume that purchases could be returned to an Australian address. No - you have to ship to the US! Who would pay for that? Obviously, this comes up a lot, as I was offered part-refund when I said that the clothes didn't fit.
The whole experience sounds like a scam - quality isn't great and I ended up donating the ill-fitting clothes to an op shop.
I purchased 5 summer outfits, all of which were too small. I e-mailed the company for an address for return. I was given an offer of $60 to keep them. I want a refund as they don't have a size that would fit. Still have not heard back. Easy refund is false advertising.
Ordering went fine. Order didn't arrive as stated. Sent an email, the told me it hadn't been shipped because 1 dress was not available. Ordered a replacement dress. Took way too long to finally get items. Very disappointed did not fit, everything runs much smaller (1 to 2 sizes) than stated in size chart.
I suspect this is a foreign company pretending to have a U.S. presence. The clothing is overpriced for what you actually receive, the return process is meant to discourage returns, and the website photos are clearly from some other site or company's merchandise.
I needed a dress for a wedding. I ordered a medium and a large. Large fit. Instead of sending back the medium I was given the option to be reimbursed $12 and keep the medium. I figured between shipping and time to pack and take it I would break even and could donate the dress. So, I think I did ok. I like the dress and am ready to celebrate the wedding in style with out breaking the bank.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
