Not happy with how long it took to get. The pants were not as nice as pictured. I ordered it for our anniversary party and did not get them in time. The shipping update was a joke.
Never received the item and never got a refund. Kept telling me the delivery was held up by USPS. Called USPS and they had no such order.
Don't like surprises on my Visa. Total purchase said $33 and my Visa was charged $46 after item shipped. It was a Canadian website but prices were in US currency. Apparently I was supposed to select Canadian currency in the top left hand corner. This should not be on a Canadian website.

I did not receive the linen item I ordered; instead, I was sent a dull flimsy polyester outfit that I am still trying to return! I have asked for someone to call me and I have not heard from anyone. Your customer service representative (Jacqueline) sent an email with instructions to return item WITHOUT the return address. She indicated that the item should not be returned to the return address on the package, and there was no receipt or return information enclosed in the package. I would like to wake up from this nightmare of an experience and would appreciate someone contacting me with accurate instructions. I found it insulting to be offered $13 to keep the item, and not provide me with the address to return it. The customer should NOT have to contend with this type of service in an attempt to get a refund. I wonder what the Better Business Bureau would say about this.

This website has beautiful clothing! Once you purchase, you get one email and never hear another word from them! I had no idea when I was getting my clothing. It took over 1 month and I had to go looking on my account. It said it was shipped but good luck on finding out when it arrives! This company needs to be better at keeping the customer informed!
Disappointment and enchantment mixed with I will definitely shop here again. I felt like the shape of the fuzzy sweater was a total flop (literally and figuratively). I will only wear it around the house - very frumpy,. However also incredibly soft. The dandelion/dragonfly shirt on the other hand was nicer quality than I expected, and the design is absolutely enchanting. My children love when I wear this shirt.
I have sent 5 emails now to try and get an adress for a return. The only email I got back was them offering Me $21 for an $82 order and I can keep the clothes that DON'T fit. No phone number for the company. The web site says they will get back to you in 1 day. Not true. I have been contacting them since April 17!
There were no return instructions with my order. I had to contact the company, wait for an email, decline the barter and correspond again. Should be much simpler to return than all the extra steps plus I have to pay postage both ways.

I have wanted this sweater for months, bought earrings to match it before I could acquire "my fall sweater." Today I wore it to an appointment. No one complimented me on it. I love the colors though, will wash it in cold water, dry it on a line and not subject it to washer or dryer ever for fear of shrinking it.
They draw out the process with ridiculous questions before giving you a return address. You get the old "we'll give you" a few bucks to not return it.
Waste of money, I don't try on clothes when I buy them, I wash first. I wear a standard size in shirts and pants and have no issues especially with elastic waist pants. But all my items were too small in places. So I spent almost $100 and nothing is usable. I expected clothes to fit based on the name of the company.
I sent my return as instructed in original packaging, neatly folded and never worn. Of my $132 purchase they sent me $9.99 and won't return my emails to customer service. That's not right when their website says easy returns!
A was hesitant about ordering from a site only advertised on line but had seen some good reviews. After placing my order there was no activity on the order for over a week. I sent an email regarding the status of my order with no response. At that time I contacted PayPal and sent another message asking to cancel my order. Order was eventually cancelled still with no explanation given.I have learned my lesson!
The product does not look like it does online. Runs extremely small. In the process of returning products, Customer Service stated to not return to address on packaging. However, they did not provide address for returning. They offered to send me $24 refund for $160 order and not return product. They stated they don't pay shipping for returns. Very shady! Stay away from this company
Beautiful dresses, but I must return them because they are much smaller than normal medium. I asked for instructions for returning them and for a refund. After a second email, they did provide an address, trying to convince me to take a small refund or take credit. I have absolutely no use for dresses that do not fit so hopefully will receive the full refund. Most companies provide a printable return mail label and UPS or another carrier to pick it up. I will not order from CurveDream again because of complicated return policies.
When over 7 days went by and I had not heard about my items being processed or shipped, I contacted Curve Dream. They were quick to respond and shipped my order out the next day! They were apologetic with the delay and very kind. I'll order from them again due to their excellent customer service!
The dress I ordered arrived within a couple of weeks but I was disappointed in the quality of the dress--the material is too flimsy which detracts from it as a dress you could wear out to dinner, say, or for more than a very casual outing.
An item ordered was not what I expected. I contacted CS via email and received an immediate response with suggestions to address the issue. It was resolved to my satisfaction and I am pleased with my purchase.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
