After sending part of my order, after two months I never received the rest. Nor was my money refunded back to PayPal. The only emails I received from them are new inventory not my order. This is robbery.
A company emailing to ask why you're returning item but failing to say exactly how to return it misses the whole point. I suppose if you tell people not to return to the address on the package and then not give an alternative address to return a product to, you can really cut down on costs.
Product looked pretty but despite ordering a size larger than I normally wear it still didn't fit. Now I'm seemingly stuck with it.
Can't complete until merch received from delivery service. So far so good, Update: reasonable time for this gift to arrive; delivery was fine. Gift is now off to recipient; I'm awaiting her surprised response. Her black cat was her companion; her career job isdriving a school bus with challenged young persons. The clothes are beautiful! I love the many colors in the shirts! However, I wish your company would have notified me that the pants were no longer available. I had to reach out to you about not receiving my full order. It wasn't until then that I was offered to select another product or request a refund.

I am always nervous to order on line as the sizes always seem so small. I was very happy that this fit true to size. The material feels comfortable to wear and the shape is really nice. It fits well. I am a size 18 and always find it difficult to purchase clothes on line. I ordered one outfit to see how it would size. I will definitely be ordering other outfits now that I have seen the quality and fit of the clothes.
Have never received order #CDM************** green dress and it's been far longer than the 7-10 days. I want to cancel this and get my credit. Some mistake was made and I got charged for 2 orders same dress and as far as I know they were giving me a credit for for that one. You people are just to hard to talk too s d no real person to discuss this problem. I don't think u are legit.
I received the dresses in a timely manner. Unfortunately they did not work out for me.for the event I needed them for.

Did not enjoy the product. Poor fitting, and poor quality of what was expected. To return the item was extremely difficult and tedious, and I finally received a refund but it took me two months to receive it.
Shirt was represented to be decorated with sequins, but was actually a blurry print that was made to look like sequins.

I was a little leary at first purchasing these as I have purchased other tops online from another company, and they were nothing compared to these. What you see on the picture is what you get, Thank God. I didn't have to return these ones. I actually ordered more.
I've asked for a full refund this was my first time purchasing your products but the quality and the sizes were way off and below my regular standards for merchandise after paying such a large amount of money for them.
The dress is not flattering at all. This ad popped up on my FB feed and I clicked on it. I am disappointed with the purchase and worried that returns will be a hassle because I don't know this company.
I couldn't find the discount code that was referenced several times in the advertising. That was a bummer...but the dress fit fine. The material is cheap...obviously made in a third world country. It was sized correctly and fit okay. I have no idea how it is going to launder, though.

Very slow to nonexistent. I've been trying to get return address and return authorization# for almost a week. Offered me a $20 credit if I'd just keep the $100 order. Still awaiting return info. They have a 30-day return window.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
