I ordered $100+ worth of items from them. They were all very small, despite me sizing up. I have been trying for over a month to get them to answer multiple emails to initiate a return. They do not respond.
This jacket looked great in the photo online but when I got it it was extremely disappointing in terms of quality. Not really wearable as it is made of some chamie like material. Be warned and don't buy from this company!
My experience was nerve racking... when i purchased your product i paid extra to make sure it was delivered in time. When i tracked the tracking number it showed me a month out... made me so mad wrote you a email... then the product shows up at the time i made for... that was good...the tracking information was bad, very bad. I do like the product
I'm not much of an online shopper and I've never bought clothes online for fear of disappointment. My shopping experience with Curvedream has been most enjoyable with quicker than expected delivery and quality clothing that I had hoped for. I am 100% at ease shopping from this company and will be making more purchases with confidence.
I wanted to return both items and got a run around for days. First they offered me $14 to keep the blouses. When I declined that they offered me more money to keep the blouses, but neither offer covered the cost of the blouses which I could not wear so keeping them was not an option. Finally they told me I could return them at my expense within 7 days with a mailing that included tracking. I will never order from them again even though they have pretty items.
Item arrived in a timely manner. When I decided I wanted to return it, though, I had to specifically request a return address. I sent an email with the tracking number and a picture of my USPS receipt, and have not received a confirmation email of curved dream having received these items. I hope there will be no trouble in securing my refund.
Ordering online is always such an iffy thing. However, I'm very happy I took this chance. Curvedream kept me updated with tracking and shipping information. The shirt came within a month, which I also did not expect. And it is as beautiful as in the picture. I wear this shirt with pride! Thank you so much!
I ordered the product from an ad on DuoLingo, so I was directed straight to the product in question. The item was described as a sweatshirt, but it is really a long-sleeved tee shirt. Shipping took a little while, but the product arrived in good condition. Although I used the size guide, and the shirt fits well in every other respect, the sleeves are way too long.

My clothes arrived and I wasn't happy with the fit or how they looked on me, so decided I would return them. When I emailed customer service for the return address, they kept emailing me asking with questions. "What about the fit wasn't right, so they could understand", Which of the clothes in my order was I returning". They said because they are located in New Jersey, maybe I would take $25 US refund and keep the clothes. They kept making offers of money until I settled on an amount I felt comfortable with. Never got a return address and I'm still waiting for my partial refund! I won't buy anything from them again.
I recently received my first order from CurveDream. I was so excited to receive the products because they looked so beautiful on-line. I was very disappointed to find that the clothes were very poorly made and of cheap material. The colors looked faded and dull. I usually do not review on-line purchases, but the pictures on the website are very misleading and I want to warn others. I do not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Order took too long to arrive, quality not good, two of three items had no launder instructions, fit and style of one sweater was not even close to what catalog represented. I wanted to return all of the items but was offered increased credits to keep them and eventually took a loss rather than paying shipping costs to return the items. Will instead donate one of the sweaters to charity and wear the other two til they fall apart. I'll not be ordering again from CurveDream.
The quality was just not there, and I had no idea how or where to return it. This was the second blouse I purchased from this site, I gave that one away. I won't be ordering from this site in the future.

People do receive their clothes but it doesn't match with the design and quality as shown in the advertisement. The clothes are too small and the fabrics are cheap. The company wants to present themselves as a western company when actually they are based on china. This way, they won't provide a return address and customers are not able to return their clothes even though their return policy is highly advertised on their website. The website has no disclaimer, no information about the company, the owner or where their headquarters really are. They offer you to repay a part of the money and imply how expensive it is to send it back to intimidate you and take the 15 percent repay. If you deny, they offer up to 50 percent but never tell you the address until you get ghosted.
Not one item was true to size. Sent multiple emails to get a return address but after weeks still not one response contained a return address i was offered a percentage refund to my credit card and told to keep the articles of clothing that i did not want and did not fit. After weeks of back and forth and realizing a return address was never coming a took a partial refund and threw the clothing in the garbage. Total waste of money. I do Not recommend or trust this company.

Photo 1 what I got times 3. Photo 2 what they put on site. After 3 emails and curve dream trying giving a $30 discount then 2nd email $45 discount and gift card to buy more Junk No Thanks! I bought 3 sweaters and paid over $116. Lightweight sweaters not worth $116. I had to pay for return shipping. Don't buy this sweater you won't get the sweater in their photo.
I did not like the materials. In the catalog they looked good.
I am happy with the quality of the products I received however one top was way too small for me even though it was the same size as the other 2 I ordered and so far the email response for an exchange are a little slow. If I get a response today or tomorrow I will be happy and recomend them and buy more clothes however if it is too difficult to exchange, I won't be ordering again. I feel online clothing stores need to really work on thier exchange and customer after care to create long term customers
I ordered 2 items, a top and pants. Neither fit and the material was of the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I tried to reach out to customer service via email, the only option that is offered, no phone number available, and it took me almost a month to resolve a simple return. It seems that an automated email responds once a week to emails with a form email. So you respond to that email and wait another week or so for a response. They make you an offer you can't resist...HaHaHa... NOT. Offered me $22 to keep the cheap clothes that don't fit, when I paid $60. When I finally did get a return mailing address, they insisted that I provide a tracking number. I went immediately to the post office and mailed my return and sent a tracking number via email. I also paid extra postage to have a signature of receipt to prove they received it. All in all I sent out a total of 10 emails for a simple return. Still haven't gotten my refund yet.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
