I would like to return item for a larger size but nobody has responded to my email. It took a long time to get the one I have now, so I would like to get a larger size before summer is over!
The product arrived in a timely fashion and the notifications for tracking were helpful.
Unfortunately, I think the sizing is off and I cannot wear the pants.
The outfit didn't completely fit. And I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return. I continue to get the runaround with no one willing to complete the return process.

I the dress I ordered was too small but a pretty dress. The material was not what I expected and will be returning the item - don't get me wrong the dress is very nice.

I LIVE IN A COOPERATIVE BUILDING AND MY ITEM WAS JUST LEFT IN THE MAILROOM. NEVER PLACED INSIDE MY MAILBOX OR EVEN AT MY DOOR DUE TO THE CARRIER.
THE ITEM WAS APPROXIMATELY $42 AND KALLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILED ME AND SAID, "WE ARE WILLING TO BARE THE LOSS OF $15 TO REFUND YOU AND ARE SORRY YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR ITEM"
WHAT ABOUT MY LOSS? I NEVER GOT MY ITEM AND I LOST OVER $40. DOES THAT NOT MATTER? NOPE, NOT ACCORDING TO THIS STUPID COMPANY.
I REPLIED ABOUT THE $15 THAT WAS OFFERED AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.
MAYBE THIS SCATHING REVIEW WILL WAKE THEM UP.
I tried to return this item. They said to send them an email which I did. They still failed to send me an address to return it to. Very dissatisfied with the product in their customer service.
I love the look of the products they have and was excited to buy. I bought a coat, of sorts. I need a winter coat. When it came, it didn't fit. Disappointing. Now I have to look elsewhere.
One top was called thermal underwater but was actually a sweatshirt. The other two were called sweatshirts but were actually more like long sleeve t-shirt material.
The tops are nice but were definitely not sweatshirts. Material was very thin but nice. The delivery took a very long time to receive them. The colours are lovely!
Top ordered was not the top I received. The top I ordered had two layers, the top I received came with only one layer and in a very poorly made condition at that.

These all run small and none of them fit. A return label was not enclosed with the items. How do I get a return label? I really liked the items but did not like the fit.

It's a beautiful print but I thought it was a sweatshirt. It's not, it's a t-shirt. Also, the sleeves a a little long and can't be pushed up because the material is loose.
