My fault. I didn't read the entire description of the top I ordered it was flimsy and light and I was hoping I could wear it in winter. Not gonna happen.

Very easy to use…received confirmation of order immediately. Received shipping confirmation and tracking information. Received the dress very quickly. I will use them again :)

I found the two products that I purchased to be true to size and good quality. I also found customer service to be very. I had to contact them on the weekend and they responded right away.

This was not what I expected, not sweatshirts at all, really not the material I thought it would be. It was long sleeved T's and entirely different material.

Need to return and no instructions enclosed in package. Had to search company name as it isn't included in or on the package. Waiting for instructions to return.

Sizing off. Way too small for stated size.

One of the items was missing from the package I received and two items were sized incorrectly. The one item I will keep only fits because of the loose style/fit.

The item I ordered came in the wrong color and I actually needed a bigger size. The return process was fairly easy, and I finally got the shirt I wanted.

All of the shirts were beautiful but all five of them were too small for me. I ordered the same size that I wear in all other brands. I gave them all to my daughter.

I measured myself based on the sizing guidelines and ordered my dress and jacket based on the measurements listed. The dress is too tight over my
Busy and the jacket won't meet. I'm so disappointed.

Returning items is a nightmare! You don't get a return form with your order, and trying to get a return form is just awe full, I have tried to get one and finally gave up.

The sweater looked pretty in the picture but upon seeing it the quality of the yarn was poor. It was not elegant. It looked and felt like an everyday around the house item.
