I ordered this very attractive feminine dress for my daughter's birthday, and although the size was correct, it did not hang attractively because the sheer embroidered fabric was too stiff and the embroidery too heavy. The cost of returning it was more than the cost of the dress, so she kept it and perhaps it will be turned into some other sewing project.
LOVE the product. I received a text that my package could not be delivered, they had the wrong name on my account, but overall, I received my package only a day late and was very pleased! Customer service did follow up and were very nice.
The items were okay but were not as nice as the pictures and some were different. I thought I was buying the items from Australia but they came from China. One item was too small, although I used the sizing chart.
I am returning all items. Please provide me with the return address so I can refund these items.

The dress didn't live up to expectations and didn't fit. I'm not sure how to get a refund?
I was excited to get this item...needless to say I was very disappointed. Top runs small and its also see thru. I wanted to return and having a difficult time. I guess I will eat it and be more cautious of ordering from new sites.
I got an email asking about receipt of order. I replied that I had not received my order and the next thing I get is a request for a review! I would very much like to receive my order or at least refund my money.
Two dress I ordered were not what was displayed online. One was a completely different color and had different sleeves and flow of the dress. The other was two sizes smaller than posted.
When I asked for exchanges or a return label, I was given the run around. I eventually had to settle for store credit which is fine. But I shouldn't have had to fight so much. They still have the first dress posted even though it's completely different.
The sizes were larger than expected. Designs were great. Late delivery, making me wonder if my order would actually arrive.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
