The look of the items are nice but many of the fabrics were not nice and sizing is in consistent.
Shipping took a while and I can not get any response for approval and directions for my returns. I have now sent three emails and have had no responses. The website says toy have 30 days for returns and have to contact customer service for return directions and approval. It says someone will respond within 24 hours and I still have no response after almost two weeks.
They do not have a phone number to contact someone.
Never got my order. Was charged twice. Brought to CurveDream attention, it took a 3-4 days before they credited my card. I filed a complaint and decided to cancel my order.
I really did want the swim suit but unfortunately I ordered from a different company.
Disappointing initially as I did not receive any confirmation of my purchase for quite a few days. I received the item before any notification. Thought jacket was not of great quality for the price thank you
Difficulty in returning item. No actual phone number to talk to a person who could help me. Offered money to keep the item which I found to be strange. Quality of item was good but the difficulty in getting a response to my desire to return the item has convinced me to not order anything else from you.
Two of the items I ordered were never delivered. Because of this, I am not planning on purchasing here again. The dress is beautiful, and fits well and I am very satisfied with it. The tee shirt is adorable and I am very happy with it. I have purchased from you before, and never had a problem until now.
Love the clothes, but when I add something to the cart, I would like to be able to go back to where I was instead of starting over. That is very time consuming. Thank you
The colors were not exactly as I expected, they appeared more muted in the pic but I do love the softness of the sweater. Just the thing for the change of weather and it does go well with a lot of tshirts for layering.
The shoulder had an open seam about 2 inches long. I was able to match the yarn close enough to fix it.
I did not want to take the time involved to return it and reorder.
Anyway, I do like the sweater very much.
It seemed like it took a very long time to receive my merchandise. I rarely order over the internet because the sizes vary so much.
I will probably order again from you but will be cautious as to the correct size I should order.
I paid for 3-7 days (excluding holidays) wanting them for a trip and they arrived in 12 days. Save the shipping money and just get the later shipping. They won't refund me the difference in shipping. They ignored my request.
Easy to navigate the site, easy to order and delivery was fast.
Websites are fake. No one to contact. Cheap dress. Zipper so fragile it will break. Can't unzip it. Have to pull dress, very carefully, over my head! No reliable receive date. Potluck. No tracking while in China.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
