Great quality in everything I've ordered so far. I now have 7 different items. The sizing of all my items have been perfect. The time from shipping to delivery is fairly quick. The website is a breeze to monuever through. I am very pleased
I ordered these dresses a size larger than your size chart indicated and they are still too small. It has taken a week for you to respond to me, becase of the slowness of response I give you a low score on customer service
I have had trouble finding dresses in Plus Sizes that don't look like every other plus sized dress. These are actually very complimentary and comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect about how well made they would be, but they are very well made.
Too many emails when all I wanted to do was return. When I finally got to the point where I could either accept some credit and keep it, or eventually return it, they gave me a seven day time frame to get it to them with a tracking number, so in the end, I accepted a partial credit and kept the item which I will pass on to some homeless person.
The items I ordered didn't fit and I want to return them. I have followed the instructions for returns but ht response has been extremely slow. I received a reply after 3 days asking a reason for the returns and I sent an immediate response. It has been a week since I responded and have even sent another message and still no response. I am waiting for a return address to send the merchandise back and have not heard a word. It has been almost two weeks and they only have a 30 day return policy. I am very concerned and disappointed in this poor service.
I ordered two dresses. They were nice, but unfortunately didn't fit. Curve dream told me to keep the dresses and donate them, and they gave me store credit to use how ever I wanted
I will never order from this company again. I had to return most of the clothes because they didn't fit. Then had to chase the refund up for weeks with customer service which is very slow to respond. It is now more than a month since I returned the clothes and although they pretended they had issued a refund, they hadn't. You have been warned. I guess I will have to report this to the relevant authorities.
I didn't know that purchasing from this site would be a gamble. I decided to take it. I was grossly disappointed. The quality of fabric was way below what I was expecting. The fabric feels cheap in your hand. It is slick and shiny. The embroidery is loose and sloppy. I will never be shopping from them again. It almost seems like the dress was a copycat of what was pictured. I don't believe the model is wearing the dress that I received.
Shipping was long in receiving one of the three items ordered. The other two items were out of stock and I wasn't notified of this fact until I sent an email asking when I was to receive them. Customer service was good though and emailed me back promptly and issued a refund
Quality of dress was low. It looked nothing like the picture or description. Not even the same dress! Will not order again!
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
