On my other order, I filled in a different billing address, but the order showed the address to be identical to the recipient's one.
Never received a shipping notice with tracking number. A gift order never arrived because it was out of stock and I had to inquire a month later. On my order, only 2 of 4 pants I paid for were shipped. No notice of the other 2. Fabric content says 100% cotton but it is shiny and feels synthetic and is very wrinkly when hand washed. Cotton pants in today's world shouldn't need HAND WASHING! No mention of this in catalog or else I wouldn't have ordered it.
We tried to return a top that was the wrong size, but they didn't have a larger size. We spent $30 for the product and $10 shipping. Their offer was to keep the top and they would refund us $15, or we could return the item and pay $10 shipping again and they would refund us $30. We took the $15 offer but felt that they should have refunded us the $30 and paid for return shipping. We will never buy from them again. The customer service was awful.
They charged my credit card when the item was out of stock and I was never going to get it!
I had to get in touch with them after weeks of not getting any communication only to be told it was out of stock!

Easy to order; quick…but I had expected a sweater with actual embellishments-not just a 3D print. I will keep the sweater to use with sweats, but I had hoped it would be a dressy sweater to wear for special occasions.
The pants were not the color I thought they would be...and I don't think you can justify calling them striped. I found it hard to find the exact size I wanted...I gave them to a friend as a gift and luckily she loved them
I ordered 2 shirts. 1 a medium that was too small. 1 a large that was too big. Material on both shirts was very poor quality. I tried to return items, but they don't give you that option. They offered me $14 refund, I settled for $20 (less than 1/2 price of 1 shirt). But I didn't have to pay to return items. They did refund me $20 a few weeks after the emails.
I am disappointed because I could not contact you over email. The email came back saying it was not deliverable. This was on 3/1. Then I sent you a message on your website but I haven't heard back from you yet. It's Sunday night 3/2.
One of the 3 items I ordered arrived and it was excellent quality. I reached out via email to inquire about the other 2 items. Quick response to let me know that the other items were out of stock and I was given the option to wait or request a refund. I opted to wait since I was so pleased with the item that had been delivered. I am very pleased with pricing, quality and great customer service.
Received top ordered but immediately noticed 2 marks which put me off because they looked like bird poop to me but were actually part of the pattern. Had I seen this in a shop I would have chosen the same shirt but made sure that the particular shirt did not have those marks on them. I looked and relooked at all the photos over varying sites but could not detect those two marks on any of the shirts photographed. Requested refund and despite a couple of to & froes the situation was remedied. The company was pleasant and considerate to deal with and appreciated my opinion.
I am pleased with the shirt I purchased. It is as advertised. My disappointment is with the delivery service. My shirt did not arrive the day it was supposed to. They told me a couple of days later that they took it to the wrong address. Then I got an email that said it would be delivered in 24 hours. It came 3 days later.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
