Returns are very difficult. The bags have item numbers that do not match the order. The fabrics are not that well described. If you know in advance that a fabric has no give, you could order a larger size.
I ordered 3 items in a 2X. If I was an XL they might be ok. They do not fit. The fabric feels very hinky and if I ever wash them it will be separately as I suspect the dye will bleed. I am contemplating returning the items but from other people's experience it sounds like engaging the company would be another circle of hell. I am just going to write it off as an unpleasant experience as if I had paid for an unsatisfying bad lunch.

I could see through the fabric it was so thin. And I mean both layers at the same time. Looks nothing like the picture. I am sure they saw this shirt somewhere else, used their photo, and tried to recreate it. The size isn't even close to 3x. The sewing... a 10yr old could sew better. I don't want to give this company any more of my time, so I won't say more.
The purchase was very easy to make. The dress that I ordered took two weeks to arrive. The dress was not cut correctly and it didn't appear to have been sewn correctly. The process for returning was email only which had a very slow response time. When a finally received a response the email didn't include an address to return the item to for a refund. After another email and another several day response time the information for return was provided.
Returns take forever. I have sent 6 emails trying to get the return address. They offer me less than 1/3 what i paid. I want the address. They offer a few dollars more. Again. I want the address to return this cheap dress. Will NEVER EVER order from this place again.

Twice now I have sent messages to Customer Service regarding a return. It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear a single word.
I asked to return my purchase because it doesn't fit and they never reply. We'll see how experience goes once I get in contact with them.
Very disappointed with top. It was cheap looking. Did not look like the picture. And it was very late arriving. I wanted to wear it to an event but was not able to. I do not plan to purchasing anything else from the company.
The website is excellent. The clothing quality was very disappointing. I requested to return the 2 items that were delivered.I haven't seen where my 3rd item has even been shipped. They have a complicated return system and I would have to pay shipping. They offered me a refund of $15 and not have to worry about extra costs. I still had not recieved the 3rd item so I have asked for a full refund on the 3rd item they never sent. Still waiting on their response
The CSR Team is polite and professional but seeing the quality I will probably not order anything else.
I ask them to return my $52.98 as that is what I paid for the dress. They told me I have to pay the shipping back to New Jersey.
I told them to return my $52.98 back to my card and give me $ 20.00 to return the dress. I will never order anything from them.

Was disappointed that the jacket matching the dress had arms that were extremely small in circumference. Unfortunately unable to wear the jacket and not enough seam allowance to enlarge. Love the dress.

A month before the wedding A week before the wedding I inquired and was asked to pick another dress as one of the dresses was out of stock. I did and asked them to ship asap and the items arrived a week after the wedding and they sent me an item I did not order. I have asked for a shipping label to send it back and to send what I ordered or a refund with no response. Buyer beware. I will not order anything from them ever again.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
