I was excited to see the beautiful clothes on this site, and ordered 10 items. None of them fit per my usual size/measurements and the fabrics felt like tissue paper rather than linen. I have yet to receive return instructions and am concerned that I may eat the cost of these clothes.
I ordered from you for the first time and never heard back about my order being shipped. Then found out from you that half of what I ordered was not unavailable? Then found out prices I wanted most of course for a cruise. You should know your inventory before selling things! I had to get a refund and buy somewhere else. At that point there was not enough time to even get what was left. First and last time I will buy from you!
I won't have my money back for another week. If you were Amazon, I would have a credit immediately after getting a return label to use. You played games. First, you offered $9 on a $39 dress. Shame on you. Then it was $15. Shame on you again. This nonsense lasted a week because email responses took two days. Finally, you offered to refund me after I paid the return shipping after trying to talk me out of it. I still have to wait for that. And your dress sizing is ridiculous.
Ordered larger size than usual but still way too small. No darts in top. No where did it state that you had to get permission to return merchandise or that you had to pay for return. They told me I had one week to return by US Mail. Offered $59 and me keep. Said no. Then offered $95. I had spent almost $200. Cost $25 to return but better than losing half of my money.
I returned my purchase over a week ago and haven't been credited. My banks involved. Dresses didn't fit. I requested a return address three times before it was sent to me. Items have been returned and still no refund. I won't order from you again.
The models must be nice and thin since even the extra large was very small. I need to return one dress that I cannot get on at all. Please advise how I can return and get my money back. If it is no return, I did not see that in the ad.
I contacted the company to say I'd like to return the dress. It doesn't look like the picture. The quality of fabric is poor.
They did reply after 5 days, and said don't return it to the address on the label- and we can't pay the shipping--and by the way, would you settle for a $12 credit? I replied, I'd like the full refund- where shall I send it? No response.

My order didn't get here in time although I ordered plenty of time in advance. I tried to find out how to return it, but the website that they gave didn't exist. I will never buy from them again. Also, the dress was of poor quality.
After receiving the item, I was totally dissatisfied with the dress. It was at least 2 sizes smaller than the listed size. In addition, the quality was poor. My biggest complaint is that I have reached out repeatedly to return the item. They will not give an address, and it clearly states do not return to item shipping address. I was even offered a $13.00 credit for an item that I cannot use. I was told that the return shipping costs will be paid by me and yet they still will not give me the return address. WORST COMPANY EVER! My next move is to blast them on social media!
First time shopping. The website has a large variety of clothing to choose from. The 2 Items I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Stripped sweater is lovely, colorful, and warm. I have to return the denim dress to exchange for a different size but am looking forward to completing that process.
I discovered a really fabulous dress and was excited for it to come in the mail. Unfortunately, the dress was way too tight around the stomach area and this was a size large. I notified the company that I needed to refund it. It took me four emails before someone acknowledged me. Then we went through a rigmarole before I got the information of where to send it back to that was on February 6, and I'm still waiting for my refund and they did receive the package per the tracking instructions.
I really liked the clothes that I see online, but unfortunately, I will not order anything from this company again.
Dress was too small and long. Customers Service encouraged me to keep the dress for a small refund. Would have preferred a larger refund but would have cost even more to ship it back. Dealing with other countries is not easy. You have to really be sure before you order.
Trying to return my order. I have sent 2 emails requesting return authorization. Have not heard a word. I'm afraid I will exceed the 30 day return window due to their lack of communication. There should be a dedicated return portal that handles that, not just a general email. I will never order from this company again
Received a package with no invoice, order # or any indication where the package came from and who sent it. Inside were three shirts that in no way resembled anything I would have or did order. Since there was no invoice, I search my charges on the pay sites I use and was still unable to identify the items or seller.Then, I got a "review" request from Curve Dream and responded that I never received the items I ordered from them. They responded that the package was delivered and it was then I realized that the unidentified package and unrecognizable items were indeed from Curve Dream. I emailed them several times to get an invoice so that I could return the unwanted items as a return required an order #. This back and forth used up practically all of the 30 days return window. Needless to say, I will never order from nor recommend Curve Dream.

Product did not ship in the 6-12 business days (which seems too long to begin with). It took 5 weeks to receive it.
Also, the picture of the top looked like it had some shiny/glittery areas, but the actual top does not.
I will never purchase from this company agian.
I received two of three items ordered. Did not let me know what happened to the other. When I inquired they gave me options to order something else. I did but still don't know if it went through and if I am getting that item.
This was my first buy from this site. Checkout was fast and easy but the delivery time was quite lengthy. In fact I'd forgotten I ordered these pants. When they arrived I was very pleased with the fabric (I washed before wearing) and fit.
The jeans were never delivered after more time than it would take for them to be delivered. I was told that they we're not available. I cancelled my order and should be receiving my money back. I will not order from this sight again.
I had higher hopes for this dress but the color was all wrong, plus I ordered by their size chart-dress too tight! I'm in the process of trying to return it now but keep getting offers to settle for other options! I don't mind that but it seems to be taking too long to settle this!
I cannot give a review yet because this order is not yet complete. We have not resolved how we are going to finalize the pending transaction. The credit or return/exchange which I hope is resolved with Jaqueline on Monday, March 17,2025.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
