Ordered item, paid for it and never received. Upon contact, learned it was out of stock - they suggested alternatives but I've asked for refund. Why didn't they reach out to me about status or at least delay taking my money! I won't be back!
The items were supposed to be here for a wedding I was attending, when they came, just like the reviews described, poor quality and there is no place I could wear these items sold as dresses if I wanted to except over a bathing suit to the beach. Ever one is so thin you can see right through it. The reviews speak of horrible experiences with returns and I have had this happen with clothing that originated in Asia before. The description for these items says they come from the US, they do...after they come her from China I asked the support team. False advertising for the Chinese to sell their under quality wears to US citizens for US dollars I guess. Our goverment should stop this crap immediately... 99% of what is sold on the Internet, especially clothing, is misrepresented!

I needed to replace my dress for a larger size. This was the most complicated exchange I've ever had. Emails went back and forth for weeks without any progress. After over a month of going in circles, I finally got the dress. This would definitely make me not order from you again.

Curve Dream, after several attempts, could not tell me how and where to return an item. There is a total breakdown of communication with this company. Because of this, I will no longer order from them or recommend them to anyone.

When it finally arrived a couple of weeks late, the bodice was very small (3 inch gap that zipper would not close over, and I have only medium width shoulders and D cup bra size), but lower part of dress seemed large enough for a very large boned 6 foot tall woman. I need to return the dress for a full refund.
I ordered a dress on March 4. Have not received the dress nor any communication from them when I send emails to see why it has not arrived. I'm very disappointed. It was for my second grandchild's baby shower and it's in a few days. Very bad experience!
I bought leggings in my usual size and they were way too big. I emailed to ask for return instructions and waited for 4 days for an initial response. I requested an exchange and then waited another 7 days for an email response, which did not answer my question about exchanges. I love the design of their clothing (as it looks online) but their return policies are not handled in a timely or satisfactory way for customer satisfaction. Regretfully, I won't be purchasing from them again.

The items I bought were not as pictured, very cheap looking, and sizing was off. Dealing with customer service has been totally frustrating. They will not give me the address to return, even though I provided the info they requested.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
