I needed to return some items. I had to email them and waited two days to receive an email saying that if all these things were in order that I could return at my expense and not to return to the address on the label. I replied asking what the address was and they replied another day later wanting to know which items were to be returned. I responded to the email with the UPCs and it kept getting kicked back as undeliverable. This is a scam company. The clothes are crap and look nothing like the pictures.
Very disappointed in the quality. They do not include a return label with the product; you have to request it but they did give me the option of returning it or keeping it and receiving a refund of about 1/3 its purchase price.

Sizing of the dress was way off. Two sizes too small or it was mid tagged. Returns was next to impossible. They just wanted to give me a small refund to keep it. Getting a return address was almost impossible too. Then when I sent it with the address they gave me UPS tracking, it was returned again to me…. I guess a bad address. The quality of the dress was very cheap. Will never buy here again.

I thought the fabric was not what was shown in online photos. Fit was strange—dress way long, 'pink duster' part was snug through shoulders and upper arms.
Placed my order July 25th and said I would receive in 6-12 days, today is August 19th and still no package. I hope to receive my package.
This has not been a good experience for me. I will not Oder from this company again.
I followed sizing instructions but dress too tight on top, couldn't zipper, then it was back and forth with customer service about accepting $ and keeping it, I accepted the 40.98 credit to order a large which I haven't gotten a confirmation of yet! If I didn't love and need it for my daughter's wedding, I would never use your site again. I hope my order will arrive soon.

Unfortunately, the clothing that arrived does not fit me. I probably am a few days beyond the seven days that were permitted because of health reasons and the hospitalization. I cannot find any information about how to return the clothes. I emailed and searched for customer service. As a result, I am quite dissatisfied.

I don't remember exactly when I ordered this top, but it was long enough that I forgot I ordered it. It came all wadded up and soo wrinkled I haven't tried it on yet.
It looked cute online when I saw it. After I figure out how to get rid of all the wrinkles I'll try it. Would not order this again!
I liked the fabric and the loose-looking cut of the pants but you'd company's sizing is off- too small and too slim. Buyers beware that the prohibitive cost of shipping for returns which means you cannot get a return on price paid! I will never order from this company again.

Aug 2 I ordered a blouse and later received an email saying my order was lost.I still have not reviewed it nor my refund. Please advise what is going to happen refund or blouse.
The jeans I ordered from the website look nothing like the jeans i received The jeans on the website had that distressed, beachy look to them. The ones I received had a few little tears in them I am so disappointed in their overall appearance I haven't even tried them on. I wont be ordering from them again!

My experience was good up until I received my merchandise with I am pleased with. However, it is too large and I want to exchange it for a smaller size. I have no paperwork to do so and my emails have not been answered.
The dress I bought fit very well but was completely see-through. I would have to wear a slip with it, so I didn't wear it to the wedding I had bought it for because it was an August, HOT, wedding. Too hot to wear layers.
The coverup/duster that it came with was very, very small.
This company cannot be relied upon to take a return when you're dissatisfied. It offers a refund, but it will not give you your full refund or take back the products you don't want.
The garment did not look like the picture. It was very cheaply made.

I love their selections and would order a lot more clothing, but their 5X was very small compared to other shops. But I really do love your variety if I wasn't so fat … uggg…. Plus size clothing is so hard to buy online due to size variances.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
