Dress did not fit and it was not the quality I expected. I can't find information on how to return it for refund. Please email me instructions on how to do so.
So I have never received my order. I got a notice that it was delayed, then I got another notice saying I would receive it within 24-48 hours and I still haven't received it. I have paid for this order and I am not letting this go. I am in contact with them and if I don't receive my order very shortly I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. It's surely is not a hard order to deliver, it is only one blouse. Not sure what the problem is but I'm completely irritated.

I sent an email that I'd like to return my order as the pants were way too big and the top was a little small. I'm still waiting for a reply email with the return authorization number. Also, I felt the top was not what I expected at all. It felt cheap and looked that way as well.

Fabric is very poor quality and the sizes are not true. One item was a sized too small the other size too large.
I returned at my expense on July 31,2024 and still have not received a refund.

This garment feels and looks really cheap. It appears to be white in the photo and in person it is a ingy cream. I think I am done with ordering clothing online.
Ordered 3 dresses last month only 1 showed up. I received the blue tie die maxi dress. I still have not received the long white maxi dress and the blue knee length dress with din flower on front. I paid for 3 dresses. Get my dresses or give me a refund. I ordered these dresses for an important family reunion. I had to go out and buy another dress to get buy... I'm out alot of money. If I don't see those dresses I'll be telling everyone. You can count on it.

The items I ordered especially the coat, was absolutely terrible quality, nothing like the picture shown. They did give a partial refund but won't be ordering from them again.
Item was returned. The blue maxi dress was too long and did not fit on right places. Fabric was cheap, not as expected.

Beautiful and quality fabrics with clothes, however, I needed to return 1 pants and they wanted me to pay for shipping. I asked how much would cost to return. Still no answer, but they want a review. I do not shop retailers or online sites that charge for returns. Sorry.
The merchandise came unexpected. I questioned if I had ordered them. Did not have an order number to refer to nor an address to send them back to. I wanted to return the items. I did order one shirt CDM************** and received that. It was too large too. I returned five items with the info I received after looking up online how and where to return these items. The photo looked deceptively nice, but the actual fabric was cheap and shiny, like a satin bathrobe.
I waited forever to get it and ordered using the size chart it's too small in bust. I have emailed service twice no response yet!
The dress is too small and doesn't match sizing guide. Also material looks a lot nicer in the pictures than in reality.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
