I ordered a personalized butterfly of my wife who I lost. Not only did it take an extraordinary amount of time to receive the product, when I did, I was immediately devastated as I was looking so forward to this. Not only was HER name wrong( it looks as if it was double printed or maybe stuck) but the date of her passing is obviously incorrect. I emailed the company hoping they would simply just replace it, however they insisted the " double print " was my fault. Now I have to go through the PayPal head ache. Which often times rules in favor of the vendor which is WHY these places ONLY use that service. Think twice
