I normally do not write reviews… but there was a lot going on with my order… 1. Deceptive wording on what is included 2. Not waterproof 3. Looks cheap black shower curtain white stitching… the title "indicates" bath mats and shower curtain for $39.95… mats not included and was only after company explained … so went back to site to see and clicking a certain box for the mats jumped the price almost double…the shower curtain is not water proof even with a liner … I expected better quality of curtain and craftsmen ship for the price I paid!

There is a return policy but did not feel like going through a long dragged out process

It took weeks for me to get it. I ordered an eggplant shower curtain and they sent me a black one. They told me it was my monitor. No, your description is wrong then. Eggplant and black are too different colors. They will not correct their mistake. I am highly disappointed and hate being scammed. I work hard for my money and it makes me not want to use sites other than the big online ones. At least I know they're legit.
After waiting to receive a shower curtain I ordered from them that showed silver dripping down from the top of the curtain, they sent something entirely different. It was like pulling teeth to try and get a tracking company. Had I known they were in Hong Kong I would have never ordered. I will now attempt to get them to send me a Return Authorization label as I do not feel I should have to pay to return their blooper!

Don't know what to tell you. I ordered and they sent the wrong item and I will wait to see how they process my refund. Won't be using them again.

My 5 year Old and I collaborated and choose this fantastic shower curtain. We've received tons of compliments already and it actually tied the whole room together!
Poor quality. Refunds are not given because product is shipped from overseas. Custom Artz offered a 10% discount instead of the refund. A totally unaccepable resolution.

Poor quality. Policy says they give a refund, they only offer a 10% discount on product you are not satisfied with because the product was shipped from China and too expensive to send back.

I never write reviews, but I absolutely love this shower curtain! It arrived with a personalized note and gave an instant update to my bathroom!
The quality is good, I like their patterns very much, they are very suitable for dressing up my bathroom, and there are matching bath mats.
I was very disappointed in quality of my item, the color was much different than the photo they showed.
I tried to contact CustomArtz to return a shower curtain that is not like the photo. CustomArtz not responding. Proof of purchase not sent to me.
