Ordered a sample size (50) of custom hats with our company logo. Proof looked fine, got the order and found they swapped a ťhread color as they didn't have the one from the proof in-stock. This is not our corporate colors, and very far off from the correct thread color.
After providing multiple justifications for the error while accusing us of not providing information (though the proof was fine), they offered 50% discount on a reorder or 50% refund.
Had hoped to keep our orders in canada rather than using foreign companies. Just glad we didn't order the 5000 we needed! Will not be recommending or continuing to use Custom Caps.

Great for one off orders or non-corporate images where brand integrity is not a concern. Prices are on the high side for hobby grade quality.

I was on the hunt for a last minute birthday gift. Came across Custom Caps & thought to give it a try. I left a note on my order hoping I can get it in a certain timeframe and frankly it was extremely short due to my poor time management.
To my surprise, someone responded to my order right away with the custom design I exactly asked for. They put it to production right away and shipped it out in no time. My cap got to me way before my deadline and needless to say the present got to the birthday person in time.
Of course, the cap looked exactly as designed and material was good. Birthday boy was very happy.

For a while I was searching for a place to buy a custom cap. You can spend a great deal of time searching the internet. You will find many of them had restrictive minimums and high set up fees. Custom Caps was very reasonable. In addition, they suggested a modification on the placement of the logo text, that turned out great. The hat was high quality and fitted. In addition, I ordered a hoodie which was made of heavy blend cotton and had a YYK zipper - the logo was embroidered with the same quality as the cap. I will come back and order again

Ordered a small amount of sample hats for my company. They forgot my order. Then they used a completely different thread colour than the sample picture I approved. When I inquired about the mistake they just argued and argued with me. I just gave up. Glad I didn't put a full order in! I wanted to keep my business in Canada. Very disappointing.

We always try our best to keep our customers happy. We reviewed your case, the first mockup we sent was a black thread in which you asked us to change the thread to match the mesh back of a charcoal hat. Before production, we sent you another mockup with charcoal thread and clearly informed you that it's not black and you approved.
As for delays, these are unprecedented times in the cap business. Global shortages are having a massive impact on delivery times. We did keep you actively updated on the status, and you confirmed it wasn't a problem. I am not sure how we could have done better.
Subsequently, after you messaged us, it was escalated to the owner to try to understand. He replied to you on June 21 and did not hear back.
We have messaged again today, after seeing this, to see if we can get you exactly what you visualized.
