A couple months ago, (April 2018), I was looking to purchase Kratom online. I have made purchases and I am not new to Kratom. I was at a point where I was testing different companies for price and quality. Some really good ones out there too, but CUSTOM KRATOM, is not one of them. I made a $92.00 purchase (shipping & COD Incl) and I told my lady friend about this and she ordered the same amount $92.00 and had it delivered COD.
When I got my purchase, I tried a few caps. Nothing, "maybe I didn't take enough". Next day took a couple more capsules, than the day before. NOT A THING. So I am up to 6 capsules on the third day again not a thing, no pain relief no energy, no calmness. I usually take 3 to 4 pills of Kratom works for me. A friend of mine who's a novice Kratom user. I gave a few caps.He said tome, "are you sure this is Kratom"?. A week has gone by and I get a call from my lady friend, she asks me, "how do you like the Kratom we bought" I said I didn't and she replied; "did absolutely Nothing for me whatsoever"!
I told her to call Alan ask for money back. Thats exactly what I did. I packaged it up carefully, took the package to the post office, got a tracking receipt and few days showed package was delivered to CUSTOM KRATOM. I discussed this with Alan and he assured me I'll get a refund. My lady friend was too shy to request a refund. She still has the garbage Kratom at her house collect5ing dust somewhere in a drawer.
Did I mention that all the capsules came in different colors. Some were all clear, some tan, others tan and clear. Very peculiar indeed!
It's been several weeks now. I never saw a refund and CUSTOM KRATOM is ignoring my emails, and phone calls. Between my friend and, I we are out $184.00 Ouch! I Gave CUSTOM KRATOM several chances (and time) to make things right. I work too hard to forget about this loss.
