I had some problems with my purchase. However, the customer service did a very good job of solving the problem. I really appreciate it.
Lanyards were okay but they do produce and ship from china, which leaves the customer service team not knowing what's going on with your order, and the shipping times can't be promised, since its international shipping. My order was delayed and the customer service team made numerous false promises saying they'd email me within 2 hours, never received any follow up. Finally UPS did follow up. Wouldn't order again, and only order if you have lots of time.

Paid over $50 for single custom lanyard with my hospitals name and logo and the overall quality looks like someone who was drunk sewed it together. The stitching is horrible, the seams aren't straight, the left and right sides aren't an even length where it wraps around your neck. Save your $$ and go somewhere else!

Ordered 500 tote bags with our company logo back in early March and received the bags with smeared and missing paint on every bag (Image shows half the letter "C" is missing and also smeared). Was so disappointed and customer service required pictures which I gladly provided (close up on one bag and then another with as many bags as I could fit in an image. Here we are the first week of May and no updates so I called today and waited 25 minutes to get a live person for them to tell me send more pictures... I said absolutely not and want my bags ASAP! They said their in production but yet I will receive an email with a pre-production sample to approve. SMH, so disappointed...

The added Stealth insurance did not help in my case.

I ordered a lanyard for a Christmas gift. They charged my card and said my order would be here 12/21/20.12/26/20, I called them back and said they no longer "do $8.00 orders" that I would get my money back. 01/02/21 I'm still waiting for my money on my sons Christmas gift that he NEVER got. Bad business! They told me two days I'll get a refund... Still waiting. I would give them -5 if I could. They don't deserve 1 star, but I had to choose at least 1.

Made an order for lanyards for an event. Approved the proof same day. Was not contacted again until the day before the event to approve the proof a second time for some reason. And therefore had to cancel because there wasn't enough time to get the lanyards for the event. Was repeatedly told it was my fault for not approving the order even though I had an email receipt that I did approve it.

Don't trust this company as they are not actual producers of the work they sell. They take your money and have it made in China. I wanted my lanyards made here, that is why I ordered from a US-based company. If I wanted a Chinese product I would have ordered from Alibaba and saved all of that money. Liars. The lanyards aren't even sewn correctly.

At first I was skeptical on whether or not to trust this site, but I continued to customize a lanyard for my buddy like I had intended. I got to the end and noticed that the price rose from $7.00 to $32.00 for an unknown reason, and because I was still unsure I made sure to wait and see the digital proof and check reviews. I noticed that i couldn't find any way to leave a review on the website so I figured it was likely fake reviews on their site and I decided to check other websites for their reviews on the site. Good thing I did too.

I placed my order 4-11-19 at 4:30pm and approved the design to be delivered to me on 5-1-19. I received an email from my committee I ordered these for, that I needed to cancel the order. I called Customlanyard.net customer service at 8:20AM on 4-12-19 and asked to cancel my order, not even 16 hours later.( Almost three weeks before they are to be sent to me.) I was told that they are "In production". All the customer service person could do was cancel my order and charge me 1/2 price ($64) So I canceled and am charged half price for NOTHING. I feel this is unfair. I can understand a small fee but half! This does not seem reasonable to be charged $64 for nothing. I would understand if I really believed that product was being lost on their end however I don't believe that because these items are not being shipped to me until 5-1-19. I am very disappointment. BEWARE of Customlanyard.net.
I've been in marketing for 17 years and have worked with tons of various vendors over the years. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order for lanyards and requested a specific delivery date. I chose the shipping option that showed a delivery date one week before I needed the product just in case. Four days before the date I selected, I received an email stating that it was delayed and wouldn't be ready for another month. I contacted them to cancel the order since I needed them for a specific event and they told me I would have to pay 70% of the original invoice in order to cancel since it was "already in production." They would not work with me AT ALL. We disputed the charge with our credit card company multiple times and they would fight it every time. Long story short, we ended up just continuing with the order because we weren't going to pay almost $2,000 for no product. We also had to change the shipping address since they would no longer be delivered to the event location and they charged us an additional $35 just to change an address. It took just under 6 months to resolve this with their awful customer service team. They also charged us AGAIN when we decided to continue with the order and it took 3 weeks just to get them to submit the refund. I will never work with them again and can't believe how terrible this experience was. Just an FYI, they are the same company as customlanyards.com and 24hourwristbands.com. Beware if you decide to work with them!

If I could select 0 stars, that is the preference. They don't deserve one star. This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever used. I completed the online order form but made a call to the 800 number to confirm the badge size on my order. The sales associate offered to submit my order via phone to ensure the right badge size would be placed. Ordering by phone increased the cost by $75 dollars which I agreed to just to be done. The rep called back after I paid to say the "quote was wrong" and argued that we owed an additional $200. He was aggressive in his language about what I ordered, spoke over me so I told him to cancel my order and refund what I already paid. He put me on hold for a long time and said his supervisor agreed to let us have our order at the discounted price and tried to make it seem as though they were doing us a favor.
The order arrived and part of the order was incorrect. The event for which I need the badges had to be purchased from another vendor. Custom Lanyard ignored my calls and emails about addressing the wrong item they sent. The one call I had, the rep accused me of ordering the wrong item and I told him I had the invoice with a picture and that I could send a picture of what was delivered, showing the sent the wrong items. He was rude and tried to put the error on me. They said I had to file an online claim, which I did. They never updated the status so I involved my credit card company to dispute the fee for the wrong items. Only AFTER my bank became involved did they contact me to "resolve amicably." Awful customer service, bait and switch on prices, aggressive reps who talk over you to try and make their case. Don't use this company.

Do not use this site. They may or may not send you what you need and will refuse a refund, even if legitimately owed.
