Two weeks ago I order some good for a substantial amount of money from Daily Steals. Payment went through via Paypal, but I never received an order confirmation. I also never heard back on questions sent via the support email, the website, nor via the chat function. And the goods have never arrived.
First thing I ordered was okay. But then I placed 2 more orders. The third order arrived so I started checking on the tracking of the second. USPS said that it was delivered. I have not received it. As of today, I have exchanged 13 e-mails trying to get the item or a refund. Just getting run around. Don't recommend using this site. Seems you get what you pay for in quality and less than that in customer service.
I decided to purchase 3.4 oz. Of Viva La Juicy-Juicy Couture perfume from this website against my better judgement. When I first sprayed it, it smelled so strongly of alcohol I couldn't tell if the perfume was coming through at all. Upon looking at the bottle I discovered that it has scuff marks on the top and bottom. Additionally, a nice chip of glass is missing from the back. It's safe to assume that someone opened and diluted it before selling it. It does smell like the perfume, but so faintly compared to the real deal. Don't bother trying to get a bargain from this seller, it won't happen.
I am sure if everything goes as expected they are fine. But, in my case the shipper had an issue and I never received my 80$ sunglasses. It was more frustrating trying to deal with a customer service group then worth the money that was involved. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from. Usually in life deals are too good to be true they probably are.
I placed an order and paid with paypal, the money came out of my bank account but shows no open orders online. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. DO NOT ORDER... this company needs a phone number

Received the wrong item, asked for the item i ordered (to which they were now sold out) so i was screwed with the item they sent me. Gave me tracking numbers for open orders that have yet to have any information on it (a month later). Slow response time for customer service (if you receive any at all). They still owe me items from last month that i may never see at all. Main items on website are backwater generics that you would really find a review of before clicking the 'add to cart' button. In short, use at your own risk, i won't be using them again.
Bought a $120.00 aire fryer grill by power xl. I don't like it and they refused to send me a pre paid return kabel. Few x wants $90.00 to send back. This is ny 2nd email Agassi power xl. Love my first one...
First purchase was perfect. Follow up purchase horrible, not shipped as described. Non-Existent customer service. Multiple attempts to contact with ZERO response.
Had to dispute the charges, bigger pain than the money I thought I was saving. Buy from a reputable source, and buyer beware.
Update: customer service eventually responded and the missing items arrived in time for Christmas. Customer service delivered once contact was made.
I've been doing business with these people for some time with no problems... until now. I ordered a space heater several months ago that arrived totally smashed. Apparently this was a common problem. They sent an email with a return label... I had a friend follow ALL instructions, called UPS to pick up the package, and now there is no record of it. So, I'm out 100.00, I seem to have no recourse, I'm 3000 miles from home (taking care of a parent on home hospice) and have to deal with these idiots. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend no one else does either. At the very least, only order inexpensive trivial items.

Lots of bad reviews here, but I've only had one issue out of 20+ orders... and it was taken care of promptly. I order from other daily deal sites... and they're all a little slow on the shipping. This is B stock, people. Manufacturers and wholesalers dump their left over stock at low prices and sites like dailysteals provide great pricing on these items. People want shipping next day... well you have to PAY for quality like that. Love how everyone wants to pay nothing for the superior quality.
Well I have to say I'm surprised, this is the second site I review that others seem to hate and I've never had any problems with it. No, I am not paid to post a review nor anything like that. :P I have bought several things from dailysteals and they've always been a good deal; I always receive my packages on time and the items were in great condition. Only one item didn't work and they refunded the money immediately. They won't always have stellar offers but it's worth watching out in my opinion. I heard of this site from a customer who loved to buy there and he also seemed to be satisfied. I hope I am not proven wrong later! But I would say, based on my personal shopping experience, if you see something you like, to give it a try.
Now I know why this site is called Daily Steals. The $150 "new" product I got from this place looks and functions like it was jacked from a speeding truck. The product was damaged and I'm now not getting any response from their customer "service". My advice is don't buy anything expensive on a suspect site like this. Daily Steals might honor small purchases, but don't expect to get a refund or replacement for something large.
Update November 6th:
Daily Steals did come through with my refund. The whole return and follow up process is still disappointing, but at least they stand behind their product which makes me more at ease about shopping there again.
I've had no problems with this website at all. I've purchased phone chargers, headphones, bluetooth headset, and even solar powered patio lights. Like any website that you are unfamiliar with, start off with smaller purchase to test the waters. I would recommend this site and it is stored in my toolbar for quick launching when I just want to do some quick shopping for deals!
"From my personal experience, stay away. I finally learned my lesson after several items I ordered had to be returned due to defects. Keep in mind, it is not easy to return to them. They make you jump through hoops and so not answer your emails promptly. This last order, 2 solar lights, 1 came damaged in the box. I asked them to just replace the broken one. They wanted a sample of my DNA and proof of purchase which they already knew I purchased it from them. Ridiculous and anyone contemplating from purchasing from them should think twice. Their refurbished items are really damaged items. I purchased a tablet that arrived with a scratched screen. The scratch was so deep that if you ran your finger across it, you would cut yourself. I had to send 8 pictures of the scratch before they allowed me to send it back for a refund. If you ever got that feeling that you were not dealing with an on the up company, purchasing from them will make you feel that way."
They charged my credit card for over $100 for a smart watch I ordered from them.
It's been 2 weeks and still there is NO shipment tracking update and I do not know when it will be delivered?
Customer service is slow responding to my emails and have asked them for complete refund now. Let's see what ball they throw at me this time.

Will never order anything ever again from that store, it takes up to 48 hours for them to ship your orders while other companies ship your order within the same day if not within next few hours, and their prices are not the best either, I m pretty sure if you do little research on the item you want to buy, you can find at a better price and much faster shipping, you want make the best out of your money, to shop at daily steals would be just plenty stupid!

Get the hint from their name. I ordered a product and it did not work as promised. I tried to get it to work, but it was not possible. I informed customer service immediately that I was having problems. Let me add that this is during the pandemic, so everything is upside down. Customer service contacted me back right away and things were cool. No worries.
I finally concluded that I could not use the item and needed to return it. "Sorry, you are too late now." Sorry about the inconvenience. Well, what customer service calls "inconvenience" I call theft. Hey, the hint is in their name. Be forewarned. Shop elsewhere. NO STARS.
So how do you explain all negative reviews of none shipping issues in below reviews in August? Was there a hurricane or some holiday that coincided none of knew about? What's your excuse there? Oh yeah I forgot, "the suppliers and carriers"'s fault right?
After I ordered S8, I noticed that USPS tracking was just stuck at "Pre-Shipment Awaiting Item" status for several days. When I contacted the seller, he claimed he needed to check with his vendor. What f'ng vendor? Who cares you are making these in back of your store, or drop shipping them? Customer pays for an item and wants realistic ETA not excuses with no clear path on how/when the item will be arriving at their door steps.
Needless to say this has been the worst experience I've had. Mind you I had to deal with some deadbeat seller from Ebay in the past. But these guys take the cake.
Their prices look extremely enticing but their service(lack there of) is non-existent and fraudulent. Unfortunately, their misbehavior is only likely to be fixed by class action lawsuit.
This company is extremely unprofessional with their customer service. I ordered an item from them, and they promptly shipped it out. They even included a tracking number that claims my package was delivered to my locked PO box. However, I never received it. I spoke directly with the USPS employee who delivers the mail to the boxes, and she knew nothing about it. I have exchanged numerous e-mails with an anonymous worker who goes by the (appropriate) moniker of "Master Thief." They refuse to either refund my money or ship the item I ordered to me. Stay away from them!
