THEY ADVERTISED SHOES AS "LIFETIME" WARRANTY, EVEN TOLD ME HOW TO REDEEM THE WARRANTY, THEN FAILED TO HONOR IT--DENIED THEY HAD MADE THE GUARANTEE. THIS COMPANY IS GUILTY OF CONSUMER FRAUD.
