This has to be THE MOST DISGUSTING company I have ever dealt with. They post false information on their site and refuse to correct it. Resulting in providing a wrong size order. They mislead with slogans like EZ returns which usually implies no charge. NOT here.

After writing them 9 times they took NO responsibility for their error as we ordered the exact same size in another shoe which fit. What we thought would be a simple and easy return was not as it was too costly to return. We wrote to their VP and this BUFFOON never even acknowledged are e-mail.

DAINESE ARE ARROGANT PR*CKS THAT SELL THE SAME PRODUCTS TO THEIR DEALERS THEN SELL THEM CHEAPER ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE THAN WHAT THE DEALERS PAID. WE WILL GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO LET THEIR BIGGEST DEALERS KNOW.
