“Outstanding Customer Service!”

So I get my first belt, and it's not what I expected. GREAT looking and, man, you can tell, it will last FOREVER! But it's not what I wanted.
So, I ask for an exchange. Very easy and no problems. But the belt that was shipped was not what I ordered.
So, I asked for a refund. WITHOUT ASKING, not only did I get a refund, I got the belt I wanted for free, and I didn't have to send the wrong shipment back.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LONG LASTING QUALITY BELTS! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!
