Ordered a lightsaber and some accessories, around $400, got everything beautifully in what felt like RECORD time considering I ordered December 11th. Delighted with this, I placed another similar order December 18th...and now, January 7th, I'm realizing the first order was apparently the bait to lure me in. LAst update on my order was a labnel being printed December 30th- which "coincinentally" happened under an hour after I asked for a progress report. In the 8 days since I've been asked TWICE to "wait patiently and give it 3 days." I don't know why they've decided to do nothing, but I'm over this clown show. Shop at your own risk, and know that their customer service consists of delays and excuses.
