My husband bought me a necklace and earrings for my Christmas gift. He a out had a heart attack when I opened my gift. It was 1/10th the size of the advertisement. I thought he was going to blow a gasket. Nowhere did it say it was a miniature of the picture. I still like it but let's try being honest?

I made the mistake of ordering with them. I was repeatedly mailed spam advertisements with deceptive titles like "Important Notice". Then my credit card was fraudulently billed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and submitted a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Service.

Purchased a watch for mu son thinking it would be something he could add to his watch collection, when he received it he thought it cost about $
20.00 and said if he wears it he's sure it would fall apart.

It amazes me how quickly they can take money from my bank account. Then take however long they want to process an order. Yet when I call to ask for a refund for an item they can't seem to deliver I am told that according to terms and conditions that I agreed to (that little box you MUST check) I must wait another month or so before I can apply for a refund.

I have got thing from Danbury in the past but this is the mother load telling ppl they will get a free luxury wooded case to keep the coin in. This is just a big con if you do a little research on other sites found that 1oz silver coin you can get for about 25 pounds. You are paying for the luxury wooded case in with the coin price.

On July 8,2020 I received an unsolicited offer in the mail from Willabee & Ward, an associate of Danbury Mint, offering facemasks for sale. On the offer is "Check here to charge the full amount to your credit card already on file". Why is Danbury Mint holding my credit card number, or worse yet, providing it to others without my knowledge or permission? Possibly damaging my financial security! Shane on Danbury Mint! My business will be taken elsewhere in the future, I suggest you do the same!

Always read reviews before purchase anything online, I did ad things to the cart but when it came to pay, the page did not look right, so after reading the reviews, I changed my mind and did not purchase anything.

Ordered personalized diamond pendant in early Dec.Rec'd 1 week before Christmas as promised. With WRONG NAMES inscribed. Called customer service and was promised one with right names would arrive before Christmas. Didn't. Today was told arrive by Jan 13th...I'm doubtful.Never again.

To all the people who gave them a bad review on this company. I was gonna give them a check for a hoodie but I changed my mind when I found out they changed my billing address and name on their website to someone else. This place is a total scam.

I bought a October swirl personalized gold plated ring from the Danberry Mint. After about a month after it was purchased the gold plate came off. The ring was not worn everyday but mainly to church and taken off after wards. Poor quality and absolutely no help from what they call customer service. Every time I tried to get in touch with them they would send me more jewelry ads but no help. DO NOT BUY THIS IS JUNK!

I ordered a pair of wedding ring the FIRE set. The rings were nice, but the quality was not what I was looking for at all. The band was very thin and it was to much to care for the ring. With Covid going on I like to clean with Bleach a lot so this wasn't the item for me. Needless to say I have returned them and will not be ordering from here again. Waiting on my refund. I ordered a necklace with a pendant for my husband's Christmas gift. I really did not expect the neck chain to be heavy for a man, so we went to the mall and bought another chain. However, the pendant tarnished before his birthday a few months later in Mrch. I am so very disappointed and embarrashed to have purchased a gift for someone special to me to have the color fade away. Please take me off your mailing list immediately!

I received the ocean swirl ring not even a month ago. Within 1 week the band was dulled and tarnished. Within 2-3 weeks it was chipped and showing a COPPER or bronze color underneath the "silver plating".

The quality is horrible, but so is customer service. Every single time I've talked to them I've gotten different lies, stories, and excuses as to why they have repeatedly taken $48 out of my bank account for a few days up to a week then put it back. Over & over again!

I haven't deposited any money into my bqnk account for a MONTH bc I'm afraid Danbury will snatch it up. My bank actually suggested I GET A NEW DEBIT CARD. Let that sink in for a minute. This company is atrocious!

My husband bought me a gold...(not, plated) bracelet from Danbury Mint which needed a link removed to fit me.
When I brought it to our very reputable local jeweler, the clerk brought it to the back to verify that it could be properly sized.
The jeweler emerged and asked me where my husband had bought it, and I told him, "from Danbury Mint."

I was embarrassed when he replied that it wasn't real gold, at all.

My husband thought the jeweler was wrong, and bought me another beautiful looking bracelet with "S-link, 91 black diamond bracelet"... for $299.00.

This one will also need to be sized, and I'm willing to bet that whatever these black gems in the bracelet are...
(although stunning & beautiful)... are likely, NOT real 91(!) black diamonds, (for that price), and will likely be turned away by yet, another reputable jeweler, for sizing.

I'll follow up with an apology, if my assessment/assumption is completely wrong.

Disappointed in Danbury's misrepresentation.

I ordered Miracle Rose's for my wife and paid for the guaranteed Christmas delivery. When I checked the tracking it said there was a problem with the order and to call back when they open on Wednesday. There was no problem taking the money out of my account! So now I have no present for my wife! Thanks Danbury mint! I will be canceling this order and I will NEVER do business again with this place!

My grandson collects coins so I started a collection of old American Coins for him displayed in a case. Several of the coins were great then I started getting worn coins that were totally worthless! For the price you pay for the whole collection, I was very disappointed. I replaced 2 of the coins, the Barber Quarter and the Standing Liberty. Other than the dates the coins were so worn that you couldn't see any other writing or details. Will complete this collection but never buy again from this company.

It's the last time i will order from these skanks. I started collecting the Welsh 5 and 6 nation's pin badge collection. All of a sudden these so called people have stopped sending me the rest of the collection for me to finish the collection off. I've now got an unfinished set. Suppose this is what you get from southern rip off companies. Danbury mint should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

My husband purchased a ring set for me from Danbury mint. I haven't wore it alot but when I did it became clear the set wasn't as nice as when it arrived. Lots of discoloration. And of course it's after the return period has passed.

When I saw the handbag with the initials on it, I fell in love with it and it even came with a keychain, which was a bonus. So, I ordered one for myself. When I finally received the bag, it only had my initials on one side of the bag. For the money that I spent on it which includes
The delivery charge, I was expecting my initials to be on both sides, to make it look like it was an actual designer bag. Had I known this wasn't the case, I probably would not have ordered it. For this reason, I think they need to reduce the price a little.

I ordered a Father's Day birthstone necklace for my son-in-law it came in the mail today and it is beautiful. I'm very satisfied with my purchase I'm very satisfied with customer service and I thank you

Someone please explain how we can do a class action lawsuit against companies like this one and Bradford exchange that do these bait and switch scams on hard working people. I will gladly Participate

I have been trying to contact Danbury Mint about an order. I have found their Customer Service to be pretty much non-existant and my frustration is growing by the minute. There is no way to dircet contact, they will not acknowledge an email. The 800 number they have is a recording and there is no way to bypass it. I tried answering all the questions it asked, and just got frustrated and quit. I guess I have just thrown away a couple of hundred bucks on something I was trying to purchase for my wife. (I do have an order nr but I can't upload it (?) and this system does not provide a way to type it in. Sorry

With the product pricing and exorbitant shipping costs, 6 to 8 weeks "ESTIMATED" delivery to make a personalized ring... I could have gone to a Jewelry Store in China Town New York City and had it made in 6 days... Based on the comments, I do not expect the Ring to be of high quality... Oh well, I Got Burned, Shame On me..., Never, Never again will I buy ANYTHING from this company
