Very bad company on so many levels. I wouldn't even give 1 star. The main issue was delivery lead times. Worst I've seen as I've bought from other companies recently. Another issues was the delivery of a damaged ceramic table, which they will not compensate me for the dealing with the hassle. Please avoid this company, they should not be allowed to operate in my opinion. They come across as a complete shambles.

When I purchased my coffee and end tables, I was excited to receive them and complete the look of my room. Not only did the product meet my expectations, but they arrived faster than expected and are amazing quality!
Emilie has been brilliant in trying to help but for some reason Danetti cannot replace a faulty table leg. This has left our family without a dining table for several months whilst I have been trying to get this problem resolved. We are in a difficult situation where we cannot afford a new one but have been told they cannot replace the leg that we need – they offered a discount on a new table but this is not something we can afford. Gutted, distraught, angry! It is evident from the other reviews that if there are problems with Danetti products, getting them resolved is very difficult.
I bought an outdoor dining set and a furniture cover from Danetti. The cover is sold as being waterproof however the first time it rained two cushions got completely saturated with water despite the cover being in place. When I asked for a replacement due to the cover being faulty, I was told their engineers stood by their product and they were adamant it was waterproof. They told me I would have to find and pay for an independent engineer to examine the cover and produce a report to confirm it was not waterproof. They reiterated this when I sent more photos after another heavy downpour. Their CEO claims on their website that if something is wrong they'll make it right- unfortunately this is a lie.
Their products are expensive and look good, but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own
Edited 01 Nov: following publication of this review, Danetti got in touch and have refunded the cost of the cover and agreed to replace the damaged cushions next year when this line comes back in stock. I am satisfied with this outcome. I cannot in good conscience upgrade the star rating though, because I tried over several months to seek resolution with Danetti customer services and asked repeatedly for my case to be escalated to a senior manager, but this didn't happen until I shared my experience online.

They don't believe their products can ever be faulty so they will not replace faulty items

Fabulous experience from start to finish. My chair has made a real statement in my room. I get so many compliments from visitors. Would recommend Danetti 100%
I bought my bed frame Jun 2020. We had issues but I loved the design and never raised them (lesson learned)!
The bed has two configurable support pieces underneath. Even though they are configured to the lowest setting, the surface of the bed that these pieces support is elevated!
I shared pictures, showing clearly that the bed frame is intact, and the mattress sagging. After few follow ups, I got feedback today. This person looked at my pictures and tried to convince me there is an issue with my mattress! The said mattress is 3 times more expensive than their bed and when on the floor or on another bed it feels/looks great!

- PRIORITISE COMFORT: Make quality products not only to the eye but from a comfort perspective! You are risking the structure of people's spines here!
- DON'T WASTE TIME: If you aren't willing to investigate an issue outside warranty say so from the beginning.
- LOSE THE DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE: Teach your customer service team to be respectful!
