It's been nearly a year since my initial request at this point, and the sample that I sent in hasn't even been sent to QC yet, according to their online portal.
I've been back and forth with Support, who often will not answer at all but when they do aren't very helpful. After waiting about 8 months or so with no information on the status or reasons why, I asked for a refund. Multiple requests for a refund were ignored completely by the company.
My recommendation is to avoid Dante Labs at all costs.
