“Friends, please dont trust this letting agent”

Friends, please dont trust this letting agent. Such a fraudulent guys. They show the same house in Gants Hill & nearby to almost many. And collect almost £2000-£3000 & gives you a receipt which doesn't have any valid Govt. Numbers in it. Once they collect money from you, thats it. Your sleepless night starts. To my knowledge its 10people who lost Circa £40k in past 11months. Please please be careful and if any one found a way to get your money back please do drop a note to this post. Coz i have lost almost £2000. Struggling financially a lot to copeup.
