Very similar experience as the last person, I cancelled the premium service few months ago only to find out they are still drawing from my account. The contact on their website is unresponsive... I have to call my bank to get it stopped (by cancelling my visa card).

I used this website and found money was deducted from my account without authorisation despite cancelling my account. I contacted the company requesting a refund and to put a stop to their withdrawals- no response. In the end I had to escalate the matter to my bank who took immediate action. Hope this helps.

datafile.com is a scam. Deducted multiple payments, then wouldn't refund. Poor service if yoou have to steal from Customers
