They charge an enormous fee to start. After 10 email or 20 minutes chat they lock you out and ask for more money. $17.00 for 20 credits which was finish with one chat. This happen within a two hour period. Also most of the men are widowed. I wonder if they pay these men to sign up. They also hav popular member which I was not allowed to message because I am not a premium member. To become a premium member you have to be a base member for three months. The charges are enormous 1000 credits for $400. And thst credit can finish in one night of use - chat / email or video. I played one video from a member for less that a minute and my $17.34 was used up. I was shocked.they are a complete rip off. Chat, email or video will suck your funds, don't be desperate - quit! Its worst then fake. I believe they pay these good looking men to sign up and send messages to 50+ women, especially when they know these women might be financially stable. It is not normal for most of the men to be widowed and from foreign countries - they are desperate to get your attention and saying the charming lines to capture you.
It is day three of my member ship and my introductory price was $19.99. Which lasted about two hours with chat and emails. To watch a video sent to you will cost you$10. US$ I cannot believe there is someone out there in Manhattan is doing this to people.

On a surface, we would like to clarify that 19.99$ is a promotional subscription rate offered in the initial membership month along with certain amount of credits, and once the said credits run out the platform would offer some packages on different rates including that of 99$ that you can use to continue using the services. For instance, Sending a letter would cost 10 credits each the same reading one. If however, in need of further clarification and unfortunately no resolution has been provided yet, Please don't hesitate to bring this to our attention at support@datemyage.com.
I also just want to add up that in the future that the same issue occurred, please contact us without any hesitation in the email abovementioned. To save up, pick bigger packages, as you pay less for a bigger number due to a lower rate per credit.
Furthermore, In the pursuit of having a secure community we're doing the best to verify activities within the app thus If you suspect interactions to be concerning, find three dots while you are in chat with the member and click "Report abuse or scam" by doing that the profile is directed to Moderation for verification. And in the future, If you do not want to worry about the legitimacy of the members, you may simply limit your communication to Verified accounts.
This Iis the worst Dating online website at DATEMYAGE. What you see is not real but lots of FAKE and People who claim they are doctors or lawyer or someone who is so rich. What you have paid for your credits will simply be deducted away for No reason when you realised has been reduced when you only spent less than 10 mins at the website. UPDATE...
Before I wrote my review I call them to CLOSE my account and returned the second charge and I had to wait for that to happen.
After that I went on the site and "DELETED" my account. Since then every time I open my computer I get a message on the lower right corner (as you can see on my attached few pictures)…So I concluded that my account was never closed as I get this messages every day. The massages don't come from Datemyage but from Google letting me know that I got messages otherwise I would never know my account still open for others to see and believe the company have a big database.
In my opinion is a misrepresentation of that company.
Today 9/16/22 I sign on "DateMyAge"@ 4:52pm for a total of $21.91... At 5:49pm I was charged another $104.28... my credit card text me about the first charge and then the second one. This site charge you for messaging to anyone, they charge you when they message you and they charge you when you message them. Then people in here that message you ask you several questions before you answer any of them therefore the tab keeps going.
I didn't know and that's why in less than an hour I had another charge for $104.28...
I immediately notice the scam and called my credit card but it was still pending so they advice me to call back the next day and to call DateMyAge and ask them to reverse the charges. Because I realized the scam so quickly they refund me the $104.28 but not the $21.71 and I'm ok with that.
What saved me money was the fact that my credit card text me of the charges immediately and that's the way I have all my credit cards.
I WILL ADVICE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY SCAMMERS... AND TO NEVER SIGN UP TO DATEMYAGE!

When a normal person signs up the monthly fee for membership is about 50$ monthly. A new member is noticed Quickly by the recruiters who pounce and send out tons of emails and texts to you so you will buy credits necessary for communication. Once you are emotionally involved tge recruited person will have an emergency that prevents them from getting off line. When they are tired of playing the recruiter starts work I'm done "remote" location w/o internet. Of course, the recruited person loves you; you are their soul mate, and he/shd will be back asap.
Credit cost is 399$ for about a thousand credits you can go through quickly. Costs are for each minute you are on the site, for texting, emails, looking at pictures and videos and for sending the same items.
The site recruiters are encouraged to keep you on the site. "I live you" that kind of stuff. It's not a dating site but a communication site. It's easy to get hurt and one can quickly spend a small fortune. I know a lot of people are lonely. Please don't waste your money, Tim's or emotions here.

Within a few minutes of time I received a message from someone with the same name, same picture, and in the first one he lived in LA and spent a lot of time in Napa and second one moments later he lives in New York, and spends a lot of time someplace else. Neither state or states that I am in even if he was a real person. All of the messages are from somebody who lives in a different state, if not different country, but they aren't real people. They are all incredibly wealthy. Of course, they have started companies and they want to give me their all. They are all obviously canned messages. I haven't even finished my profile at all but now I deleted it anyway. It makes me sad to think that anybody falls for these obviously fake profiles and nonexistent people. They let you see a few messages I guess and then want you to pay so you can read more fake messages. When you delete your profile for one of the reason choices is that they are fake profiles so they know that we know. Before the pandemic and trump I would've been very shocked that anybody would buy into this total bunch of lies, but now I'm not that shocked; I'm just disheartened about people, knowing that they can get away with it.

This site is a scam do not spend your money here. It is set up to drain the client by sending an over abundance of possible connections for you to become interested and spend excessively. This site is a fraud go to other American based sites. This is a true disappoinment. There prices are 16 for 20 credits, 160 credits for $99, and $399 for 1000 credits. The credits are set up ridiculously to drain you if you decide to use video, open pictures, chat via email! RUN FROM THIS SCAMMING CREATION OF FRAUD.

It's your girl OK. Letting you know this is sad but all the guys I have spoken to on this site so far are scammers. Now let me break it down I met one specific doctor on the 28 th of July. Mentioned he was frm Michigan. I was talking to him for almost 3 weeks when he asked me to send him 200 $ on and ebay card. He said he was in Singapore on job an orthopedic surgeon and his son Steve had nothing to eat. Now. I deleted this expensive rip of site and went to dating.com. I have been there for 2 weeks when guess what he on the new site with 2 profiles. So he send me a message from both profile. I responded and asked why does he want to talk to me on whatsapp. Now his 2nd profile I started to be chat with him. I wanted my pic. So I sent it to him. His name is the same but his son's name is Kelvin. He saying he from Baltimore and working as a dr for th UN in Ukraine kyviv. He a joke. After I sent him my pic. Are you telling me he did not recognize me. He started saying I love you and want to marry you. He a liar, cheater. I think he claiming to be a widow that his ex wife Vera died of a blood cancer. What a joke? Ladies I am going to share more of my exploits as I exposed the nasty cheaters.

Kept eating my credits right after buying. ASKED NUMEROUS times via messenger. They keep propagating same message. Once was responded and sent them receipts and NEVER HEARD AGAIN.
