This website is nothing more than a rip off, their 'popular members' are nothing more than paid workers from outside of the US, they receive commissions based on the time and length of the conversation, the longer the chat window is with messages, the higher their commission is. They won't tell you this, but i know deep inside because many spend their whole day online. So that's the only way i know they commission from this.

Also, it isn't really strange for members to be online for a long time, a lot of members are using our site from their phones. I logged in and was immediately invited to a video chat with a woman. I am not the worse looking man in the world but it's odd when a woman messages first let alone would be interested in video calling right away. I accepted the request regardless and enjoyed talking to her. I even spent $100 to continue chatting with her but what felt like not even 15 minutes later I was losing my credits already. That's when I realized that I was just a sucker and spending money on an empty "promise". The video call ended and even though it was a fake encounter with an attractive woman. It still felt good, I paid another $20 to at least admit that it felt good to talk to a woman that even pretended to actually care. Since the members are 24/7 active/online I believe they are just customer service of the dating.com sending messages. I received the same email from two different members. Do not open their emails, will charge you 10 credits for a scripted email. Everything is a fake I want my refund and I will report to BBB. Big scam!

Yes, the website is not free as all the products are. Why would you think so about the members? Some of them can dedicate more time to being online. Can they be blamed for that? However, the same emails - this doesn't sound good. Please do let us know about these members, so we could start checking all the necessary procedures as we never welcome fakes here. If these members are fake, they will be deleted and the credits spent - reimbursed.
I joined under the premises I pay half price for one month via Google pay... Next thing the app starts saying I need to credits to even speak to someone! And they are not cheap! Totally unclear what you get for your money.
