I enjoy the conversations that I have with people I've met, but I feel these conversations are meant to lure you into spending more and more. Cause when you ask them not to send these $10 voice notes and emails they continue to send. Neither are we allowed to make contact outside the site or exchange personal details. I've been on the site for nearly a year and I find the charges for everything frustrating. Its like buying love.
I have spent so much money on this site for just chatting with free members who offered me real feelings, but for some fake reasons could not meet live or were not allowed to exchange e-mail addresses. This is so sad that people use others' feelings to make money.
I have attached documents about the lies I have received. A free member said he paid, proceeded feelings for me just to make me chat, and lied about his nationality. Then when the operators I talked to changed each other, the New one did not remember anything from the previous conversations. He even admitted hacking an e-mail, so I made a report to the police.
Oh, and I have reported the issue to the site, and they promised to investigate it, but they are liars, too. The whole site is a group of scammers.
They offer a discount for the first month and then said would charge $ 49.99 each month after that. I just paid and was charged $ 96. Thankfully, Chase recognized the fraudulent charge and closed my card for my protection. I am also under the impression that many of the accounts are not real and are used to make people purchase more "points" to be able to answer all of the emails. When I suggested to several people to use another means for communication, they insisted to stay in this money pit. That is a red flag for me. Most emails I have gotten seem to be a general approach to someone without a profile. None of the suitors seem to have read anything I wrote. I am taking my profile off today. It is so sad that we can no longer trust who we are communicating with. I feel that this company is taking advantage of lonely people.
Hello Brigitte.
We are so sorry to hear that. Why would believe so about us? Some people may just feel uncomfortable being asked to disclose their personal information at the very beginning of the communication. Just give yourself some time so your relationship will evolve and both of you would be ready to get closer. Please reach out to us, so we could clarify everything and guide you through the process of contact exchange.
The worst site I've ever encountered! The men are all fake, stolen pics of someone else! I beg you to do a reverse image before you start any conversations. Also, you must video chat asap as they have every excuse possible not to- this is the number one sign as a scammer! They are all boiler room Nigerians who are trained to scam you! Please do not ever give money to someone you never met in person- keep eyes open and wallets shut!
Hello and thank you for your feedback. According to the policies of our app it is strictly forbidden for anybody else to write on behalf of the members or upload photos of other people on their profiles. It's also strongly prohibited to be compensated for using the platform. If we find any violation of these rules we will ban the member and refund you the credits given that such member/s are verified. Thus I strictly encourage you to provide us further supporting details regarding this encounter and send it to our email support@dating.com to take a closer look on this as the safety of our members' is our utmost priority. Thank You.
They just provoke money out from you. Free members, or better say moderators under certain profiles generate chats with you. They promise you real feelings, but do not come off the site. You just chat with them, and leave without the chance of any real relationships. CRUEL game!
Just what to add another fake, dishonest, glamorous, narcissistic individual. The same stuff endless emails$$$! Without really going enywhere. His name he is Valentino, 42 from Las Vegas. The site is absolute rip off! PERIOD!
Dear Lyudmila, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. We have Anti-Scam Policy in use to protect every member and make you feel secure. If a member misidentifies him/herself we will reimburse all credits incurred communicating with this member. Should you feel to report that member at support@dating.com and we would be more than happy to resolve the issue fast.
Its crazy and unbelievably EXPENSIVE.
Sending a photo or an E-Mail costed 10 dollars, you are not allowed to switch contacts even you paid for the service. I wonder how could those hot guys or hot girls having so much money to burn on this Website? The only possibility is, those are fake models which were hired by dating.com to attract new members so that they get more payments. Otherwise, please give me a decent reason, why?
Hello Jane.
On the contrary, you can exchange contacts here! Via video chat or presents delivery. Please contact us so we could help you exchange contacts and address all of your concerns, especially, if you believe there is any fake profile here.
Everything seemed fake from he first second, when I got bombed by similar automated messages, so called ice-breakers. When I answered some of them, next day I received same automated messages. They were sending emails which costs more credits to reply to, when they could have continued chatting.
Same responses, same pattern of behavior. They use instagram photos of not very well known models, but manage to go through verification anyways, fake profile maker can fake ID s aw well.
It's very obvious, nothing like this happened on websites where you're not charged for messages, fake people can be anywhere but this pattern of behaviour is clearly intended to make users use more credits and so may people are saying the same here in reviews.
Somebody should write about such scams in their blogs, I've read some articles but never experienced myself until now..
Dear Nina,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear something made you think of our website that way. Could you please tell me the name of the member whose messages looked automated or fake? I would be happy to check this for you as we do not welcome ingenuine people here.
We fight hard against fake profiles so I would be happy to receive any information about it.
The price depends on the services and credit packages you use. Please take a look.
Please remember that we have different credit packages available for you to purchase – all at different rates per credit. For instance:
20 credits = $15.99 (0.80 cents per credit)
160 credits = $96.00 (0.60 cents per credit)
1,000 credits = $399.00 (0.40 cents per credit)
As such, the bigger the package of credits you purchase, the cheaper it is per credit.
Also let me show you the full list of our services and their prices
Online Chat costs 1 сredit per minute;
One-Way Video Chat costs 4 сredits per minute;
Two-Way Video Chat costs 6 сredits per minute;
Offline Chat Message sending costs 1 credit per message (160 symbol limit);
Mobile App Message sending costs 1 credit per message (160 symbol limit);
Email costs 10 сredits each;
Sending/viewing photos or videos costs 15 сredits each;
Sending stickers costs 5 сredits each;
Sending animated smilies costs 1 сredits each;
Viewing video in profile costs 10 сredits each;
So you can communicate quite longer using chats instead of emails in case you like exchanging small messages + bigger packages.
One of the best and very popular dating app is dating.com. I recommend you give it a try if there is anything in your profile about him or her that can help to boost their interest, make them want this guy/girl more.
On Dating.com you get to spend lots of money to read the fake proposals for marriage, sex, or long term dating. Most of these young Playboy Bunny Latin models who claim to be business owners, engineers, lawyers, psychologists, or doctors are strangely only 22 to 25 years old while the older women who appear stunning like all the rest will come on to you so when you ask for them to communicate off the site you'll get the same answer every damn time, "Sorry, I don't feel comfortable chatting off the site." Which is bull$#*! because everyone in the world uses Google chat so what conclusion do you draw? They are fake profiles answered by AI or staffers trying to generate revenue for the site! When you contact customer service you get word salad and nothing but excuses even when you point out to them how obvious this is. So, if you demand a refund they'll just give you another 20 credits so you can waste them on lies too! Do not fall for their BS!
Dear User

Answer: TOTAL SCAM! I paid to test and see because my first impression was really bad, very fake profiles with basically the same texts. I also found it weird that as soon as I looked at a profile the person would shoot me a message... and this site doesn't show who's viewing your profile... another strange fact is that you don't have the option to delete your profile. I deleted everything, my pictures but could not exclude it. Anyway, don't waste your money, total scam. I also bought credits 1 day and had to cancell/block my credit card because the site charged me 5 times in a row on the same day, so they also work with extorsion...
Answer: Hi Curtis! Yes! Absolutly all our members are real! We have a special verification team to check all our members are real. We don't have any fake profiles on our platform. If you met any suspicious profile, please contact our CSD team. Best regards, Alex
Answer: Yes, I am a woman, I had been on the dating. Communities website for almost 3 months, I know very well as after they sent the email, I have to pay 10 credit to read each email. Even pictures, photo, video clip. If they are real why after chatting for months we already talking about marriage and still they refused (not one but 4 men from that website) to give real contact, email and wechat ID. In China wechat is very common even 80 years old have wechat. The men on thus site all claimed too old for wechat. That is really wired. Please be careful, those who said good review here, may be also their people. I am one of the victim who lose 5000 USD. I knew better.
Answer: Hi Robert! Absolutly not! All messages are created only by users. To make chat invite you can use Mingle service. Best regards, Alex
Answer: There are real people behind the photos. But they do not look for a real partner. You just pay and chat people under their profiles. Maybe just operators.
Answer: Yeah, I totally agree with you Regina. I tried asking them to keep in touch on Instagram or Facebook, and I did not receive any responses. Moreover, they kept sending me the same messages and emails. I've been wondering whether they are real or not.
Answer: No, you will not! If you use the tokens and do not realize that it's by the minute it goes fast... also, emailing costs more and they must get paid to chat with you! All the men are fake!
Answer: You can not exchange contact details in the dating.com because the person whom your chatting with is a staff of the site pretending to be the person in the picture.
Answer: Dating.com is a bad site at, they specialize in scamming people. They cover scammers. When I give all the evidence to prove Fake membership of the website, but they always give the reasons of being unintentional, irresponsible, wasting time, going around. I spent a lot of money for a member, but they returned me the wrong amount and even said it was their good deed. Here, I am the one who gives money, but I receive all Fake people, don't think you are charitable for others. There are many Fake members in Dating.com. I have proof, proving they're fake. I ask Dating.com to pay me back for the exact amount I spent.
