Actually all of them had very - astonishing - poor English, even for my non-native approach, the same lexicon, same syntax and pretty same manner to set smiles and other icons. Same! I chatted with one business man from Denmark, with two (advocate and lawyer) from the USA and one worker (cannot remember exactly of his metier) from Venezuela. Absolutely the same dialog manner in every case. They refused to switch to another messenger or even to email, and all of them had the same behavioral pattern: they send me one message per day at the late evening with a new photo ($10 for reading email and $60 for opening the photo). I stopped the dialogs after blowing up first $140. Slowly I got the idea:(
Please remember the one: even though the "customer support" claims they are fighting against scams the website is the ONLY instance who gets the profit from all these payments, and users are supposed to pay for each received and sent email, each chat, each received and sent photo - so that the business model' of the source is pretty plausible.
As I decided to delete my profile I couldn't reach out the support for a while, so I made an expose to the German police (only option I had as a German citizen) and turned with this info to the support. My profile was deleted within seconds!
Guys, if you are in the USA, please do the same - the source is a cyber crime without any doubts. Even the people from Dating commenting here like Daria and Alexander do not truly exist - and even they write the same style as profiles on Dating.

What a scam this company is. They email me after making a feedback here to resolve an issue but will only refund $96 out of $512 credit spend as an error and unsatisfied member and all the hassle they cause. I have so many unused credits even told them I report it less than 12 hours when I notice it but NOOOOO they won't refund they prefer you not coming back and just keep your money. And knowing from other members that they are scamming members too that these people that you talk to on the site are just hired people and not really a member. That is it, If they will not credit everything I spend, I will file a suit, make a blog to inform everyone in the world what this scam site is doing!. And oh, you cant even delete your bank details in this site... WHY? Coz they are a scammer and they will rip you totlly off! Support will even threaten you if you report them that they will show all the messages made --- GO AHEAD! As if I made a lot and happy talking to these fake members! This site is POORLY made, poor customer service/support, poor in resolving an issue. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND NOT TO RETAIN YOU AS A MEMBER COZ THEY DONT CARE IF YOU DONT COME BACK AND GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. The site doesn't credit back any unused credits nor any errors which are insane. They think everyone could understand their site right away. I actually am reporting them since they just keep charging you. Even the support is ridiculous (doesn't fit to be supported), they keep repeating the same thing over and over and really won't credit back any unused or error plus would threaten you. I don't buy it still I'm reporting them. I don't recommend this site, it's also a scam and it's true.

This person user name Alvaro B. Is a fake with a fake profile on the dating.com website. I've found a number of searches based on his pictures which turns out as I suspected he is a fake person. On his profile it states he is in banking which is a complete lie. It also states he is from Barcelona, Spain which is another lie. He sent me a video to lure me into continue chatting with him in the site which turns out he is speaking in Portuguese rather than in Spanish which is his native language.
I was scammed into believing this person was actually real and wasted a lot of money chatting with this person, to find out he is actually a fake person who has no interest in connecting with anyone but instead of luring someone to continue paying currency to chat with him. I wasted money and my energy.
It's ridiculous that I have to deal with this after being a new member to the site. May 2023 less than 2 weeks. Immediately Alvaro started love booming me and talking about how he was only interested in me yet wouldn't connect with me on a real level.
This dating app is a complete scam and a waste of my time. I requested to have my my account deactivated, deleted and unsubscribe. Yet I have yet to hear back. A report has already been made to the Better Business Bureau with Alvaro B. Picture and profile information with the website URL.
I also request a full refund immediately for the time I wasted being lured into this dating app with fake profiles. I have yet to hear back. The only thing the customer service stated to me was this person is verified in which they request for ID to confirm his identification which is a complete lie. He is indeed a real person but not the person I've been chatting with.
I did an investigation search with a private investigator who confirmed Alvaro B. Is a fake profile.
