Here's what happened to me. My business partner and I contacted Mary (Tina) Littlejohn about listing a property we own jointly. My partner also had another property she owned solely that she wanted to list. It was mutually decided not to list these; however Tina was enlisted to change a lock on my partner's solely owned property. My partner has not paid for the lock change yet. So Tina has held the keys to both properties as hostage until she is paid. She refused to return the keys to the jointly held property - which was not involved in this issue. This is preventing me from showing or taking care of my property. At the least this is very unprofessional and probably illegal as well. When I contacted the broker/owner, David Costello, he said he would talk to Tina - which I think he did. She called me and said she would not return the keys until paid. The broker was supposed to call me back and never did even after two polite reminders. I would think twice about dealing with this realty.
