I must say my experience shopping with Stacees was absolutely amazing. I was kept in the loop from the moment I placed my order to the moment the dress was delivered at my door. The dress itself was absolutely beautiful, the picture didn't even do justice to what the actual dress looked like in person. My daughter got so much compliments and she felt like an absolute princess.
BE AWARE! They say you have 7 days to return. My daughter changed her venue so she changed her dress. We bought a vail Saturday 9/7. We went to return it Saturday 9/14 and they said she could not return because it had been EIGHT DAYS? This was a $200 vail, which is alot of money. I just worry this may happen to someone with a $1,000 dress. The manager was SOOOO RUDEEEE about it as well. I wish I could upload photos. She BOLDLY highlighted the 7 day return policy on every receipt we had that day. I'm not sure what calendar they use but my entire 50 years on this planet a week from Saturday is Saturday.? I couldn't believe it. We went from finding a beautiful dress and being excited about that… that process was painful as well for the record. I got scolded for looking for a dress she had tried before to try again and was told I couldn't touch the dresses again. I guess you can touch them when u get there to pick 3, but DO NOT touch after that. They could not find the dress we wanted to see again. They said it would be on their tablet in her profile, it was not. They had dresses on there that we had never seen before though…? So since I was not able to go grab it, we were not permitted to try it again… our experience the week before was WAY different, we had Kat and she was AMAZING and made it a fun and happy day. She was not available the 14th and it was a stressful experience. We didn't get to see all the dresses we wanted and then had to argue that 7 days was not 8 days. She bought the dress because it was perfect, but she decided not to get it tailored there or give any more business to them after being treated so rudely. We shopped at the Dayton Ohio location both times for reference. I've never been treated like I was a total idiot for not buying 7 days is actually 8 days. The manager was nasty.beyond nasty to us. My daughter left with her hands shaking and so upset on what should have been a wonderful memory…
I had a horrible experience with alterations on my mother-of-the groom dress. I think I could have done a better job myself and I paid $178! I had the bodice shortened at the shoulders (a reasonable $13), armholes cut down (a reasonable $33), sleeves reset (a reasonable $33), the dress and lining hemmed (an unreasonable $66) for a 34" hem circumference, and the leg slit sewn from above knee to slightly below ($33). The seams weren't finished in the armholes; the hem wasn't pressed (until I asked) and the hem looked puckered; the leg slit they partially closed was not closed completely, (part of the lining showed) and it was puckered; and they added an unexpected pleat on each shoulder. I didn't notice the unfinished seams or the botched slit until I got home, so I was stuck with fixing these things myself. I can't believe that such expensive alterations were so poorly done.

I went to Maple Shade, NJ to David's Bridal because I needed a dress and time is running out. I was not in the mood to shop, but knew I had to get it done; at least my measurements. Well, I met Abby and Sabrina and my sadness turned to joy! Abby, picked the BEST gowns for me to try on, and both were instrumental in my overall decision to say YES to the dress! I am so pleased! Thank Abby and Sabrina! You helped me more than you could ever know!

I loved living this experience with the people at this shop. The ladies are so nice and they make you feel so comfortable. They make you feel like you're trying on dresses with friends. My friends were there too, so it was like having a big group helping me!

Kari was our consultant at the Genessee Valley Store. She was great. She put a lot of energy and fun into the appointment. She listened to my future daughter in law and she found The Dress. She made it a memorable experience! I would recommend Kari to any indecisive bride! Thank you so much, Kari you found your niche and I am great full to you! Not only did we find the weeding dress but also my mother of the groom dress.

Please be aware that their return policy is 7 days. When asked who I could complain to about this policy, the woman did not want to give me their information. She said that they do not care if people are unhappy with their policies. It was disappointing that they do not have a better return policy. It was also disappointing that the company is not trying to hold on to customers.

I went into David's Bridal in Glen Burnie to help the grandmother of the bride find a wedding ensemble. Tirenioluwa greeted us with a smile and such positive enthusiasm, our shopping experience was pleasant and memorable. She asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to show us many options. Tirenioluwa made sure my elderly mother was seated to prevent exhaustion and raise the bar on our happy experience. We found what we were looking for with ease. I will encourage others to come to David's Bridal in Glen Burnie, especially because of Tirenioluwa, a knowledgeable and caring consultant.

Ordered an dress and when it came in 4 months or so later it didn't fit and would not give my money back. How am I supposed to know it wasn't gonna fit? I will never go back for nothing and I bought 2 wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses! Thanks for the NO help!

Buyer beware: when you order online, not only can you NOT return items in store, you also cannot exchange items OR request a return shipping slip. Literally the customer service and shipping process of a mom and pop shop... it's so absurd! I had ordered my bridesmaid dress online with a coupon code that by the time I received the dress I ordered was no longer available (which was measured in store and was told what size to order). I ended up having to pay $10 to ship it back and also had to re-order at the full retail price since they do not accept exchanges and wouldn't honor the lower price I paid originall with the coupon code. This company is scum and they sell a $#*! polyester product. You are better off going elsewhere and if I had the choice I would NOT be spending my money here. If you want a classic and well-dressed wedding party please do not subject your bridesmaids to wear this overpriced garbage.

My mother purchased a mother's 3-piece set. My mother became very ill and literally lost 50 pounds in the course of 3 months because she was dying after we purchased the item. I called David's Bridal to see if we could exchange the dress for a smaller size and because it was outside of the return window they couldn't and wouldn't do anything. I was very disappointed that they couldn't help me. I understand they have a return policy, but I wasn't asking for my money back, just a simple exchange. It wasn't like she changed her mind about it or lost weight on purpose. They showed no compassion or sympathy for my situation and didn't want to help in any way. I will never go back to this place again.

I am highly disappointed with my dress after the alterations. The girl who pinned my dress was not focused on what she was doing and it didn't look right after they hummed it. She didn't listen to my concerns around the chest of the dress and she just put tacks in it. As soon as I put on the dress and bent over to get my shoes, all the stitching in the chest popped open. The straps were falling off my shoulder throughout the ceremony, and I have never been more uncomfortable wearing anything at all.

I am writing about my experience with an online purchase. I ordered several pairs of bridal shoes to try on. Due to Covid, I did not want to go into store after store looking for shoes. My order arrived except for one pair of shoes. I contacted customer service, and had the worst experience. I was told they had to contact the vendor, and after days of not hearing from customer service, I had to reach out again. Customer service told me to look around my neighbors house to see if they went there. They did not, in the end customer service offered me a discount to purchase the shoes again! Why on earth?! I was never given the pair, why would I even spend another penny at David's Bridal. Worst Customer Service Ever!

Buy from David's Bridal if you want a trashy bridesmaid dress. My bridesmaid dress arrived and I could immediately tell it was CHEAP. The material feels cheap and "plasticky". Also, the dress arrived wrinkled beyond belief but you're not supposed to iron it. Steaming doesn't begin to help. I wish I had time to send it back.

I was searching all over for a prom dress and wasn't having any luck. My mom and I went to Davids and we had an appointment with a woman named Gina. Not only was Gina extremely helpful but she made the experience so much fun. With her great attitude and amazing energy you could definitely see she loves helping others. Gina made me feel like a princess in the dress that I got and even helped me with finding the perfect accessories. I thought I was going to be so stressed out and it would be so difficult to find a dress I loved the experience and it couldn't have been any better. I would highly recommend requesting Gina for any special occasions you may have in your life.

David bridal refused to give me a refund on a dress that was completely paid off with paid alterations because they said I abandoned my dress after saying I could keep it on hold with one the balance been 03cent. Not once did they ask what happened for the reason I wasn't able to pick up my dress instead they made me wait two months just to tell me our abandonment policy's states we could not reach you so instead of offering me a store credit or a refund they told me sorry we will not refund you or give you a store credit even tho we have proof you paid the dress off and never received the item you paid your hard earned money on yeah so thank you for not caring about a paying customer and basically telling me oh well you get nothing great place huh

Ok so I didn't have my receipts and they gave my a song and dance for a simple exchange. They couldn't find my purchase in the computer and they made me feel as though I was a criminal. They saw my purchase of my daughter's wedding dress but from 2006 but not mine from 2009. I also recently purchased 4 dresses, 2 for me and 2 for my granddaughter and one on line. They have such a poor system in place. I came in with the dresses and they saw me come in so what did they think that maybe I stole them some how. I mean really
Now. The end of story is that they didn't exchange the dresses and now I am stuck with 2 outfits wrong size. They lost my business for good.

They lost one of our bridesmaid dresses. Told us it was on it's way in August. In September they said it was shipped in July but returned undeliverable. All the dresses went to the same address so that makes no sense. They didn't have the same dress anymore so we had to accept a substitute in the same color, 2 sizes up. Then they charged us for the more expensive dress and the nearly $200 to alter it. In store service couldn't help at all. Said we had to call customer service. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. Literally have tried 5 times and been hung up on. I tried texting and have been waiting for a response for over 8 hours. Horrible, horrible customer service. The replacement dress should have been sent free along with a voucher to cover the alterations.

Order in store, not online. At least then you can talk to a real person if something goes wrong.

1) As soon as we walked in ( myself & my sister) I'm the mother of bride. We were greeted immediately with a warm smile. By the staff at the front desk
2) The store was clean, not overly crowed I was direct to my area so I didn't have to wander around the store.
3) Stacey was assigned to me. Immediately I knew she was the person for me. She was warm, friendly, listened when I spoke, she assessed my needs with limited conversation, professional with a little sassiness which helped me RELAX! I enjoyed her immensely. Even though I didn't make a purchase I had to do this review. Mrs Stacey Knight is a 5-star bridal coordinator. Thank you

I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal in June. The dress was beautiful, except the beading on the bodice that were coming off. In August I took it in for alterations( hem, sew in straps, but buttons on for the bustle) and I picked it up in September. I got married in October, and on the day of my wedding I found straight pins in the dress that were left from the alterations. Come to find out they never hemmed my dress! I tried the dress on the day I picked it up. The lady told me everything was fine and I wasn't poked by anything, little did I know I should have looked for straight pins, I've never had anything altered! When I went back to David's bridal after the wedding they basically told me that I'm lying and won't do any type of refund for the work they didn't complete! I have pictures and 9 people that can vouch for it! Completely outraged! I would highly recommend staying the hell away from David's bridal!

I had the most amazing experience with Farida at David's Bridal while fitting and arranging alterations for my dress. She was extremely informative, knowledgeable and warm. She really made my experience delightful. We added a belt to my dress and it elevated my look and made my simple dress really shine. I would recommend all brides work with Farida, but she truly was lovely.

I purchased a pair of shoes and needed to exchange for a half size difference. The person on the phone told me if I re-ordered I wouldn't pay shipping on the return. She sent me a label and ordered me the correct size. Now I received my charge card statement and they cheated me out of $20.50 on a $52.95 order. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
