I would not recommend this travel agency and their services to my worst enemy. I think this is enough to understand what these people are and how they trap others.
Elderly people are their target and they make a fool out of them very easily.
But sometimes they get people who can confront them and are very much aware of the global travel. Now its a bad scenario that we have taken this in our hands to spread awareness about this agency and they will never forget us.

Horrible company. They charged me $250.00 for just visa, I applied from US where as others were charging around $100- $120. Avoid getting stuck. Company's call center operates from Pakistan where folks are not informed regarding the policy and the owners (to be blamed aka FRAUDS) living in USA are not reachable.

Do not believe a single 5 start review, they posted it themselves. Now they are calling each on of us who traveled with them to give them some reviews. These people cheated me from start and took my money and didnt provided the services which were promised. Instead I had to go through a harsh suffering journey and it seemed like I was travelling for free for the way they i was treated. If I have a chance I would beat the crap out of Saeed Hassan and Waqar Hassan.

This is a very bad travel agency. You should stay away from this agency. Specially for Hajj services. They have all fake reviews and now they also have removed the review section from their facebook page after people started to spit out the truth.
I would suggest you to do thorough research before deciding to travel with them.

This agency is based in Pakistan. They have only token presence in USA. All phone calls are received in Pakistan and replied from there. They act as middle man and after booking sell all their travelers to other travel agent such as Adam travel and that's why they don't know what is going on. They lie when they don't know the answers.

These people can be described as professional liars and sophisticated scammers. From their agents to the CEO, all are the same. They will hide important details and information from you and would only pressure you to deposit the money to they account as soon as possible. This is all they care about. These people are running another agency which I know if providing the same hajj services just with a different name to try out their luck as they have been running out of it lately for their poor service delivery. I have taken this experience as a lesson and its my obligation now to make my fellow muslim brothers and sisters aware of such low class people. Please spread your word and do not believe a single word of goodness for them, It will only be from people who don't know anything about travel or people are just cant have the gut's to speak up. Yes there will be 10 to 15% of people who might be satisfied from what they have received but majority disagrees

We have worked with Dawn travels for last many years and they were very professional for our all Umrah trips. They have always the best packages available and make sure that everything goes well from ticket to hotels to transportation. Never had ever any issue, very committed and professional people.

They hide bad reviews with fake reviews and that's what got me to made a huge mistake and selecting them for doing hajj 2019.
Please stay away from them. There might be a lot of similar agencies out there who are doing the same things as them and tricking people with fake reviews. So do a thorough research before selecting any of the travel agencies for Hajj.
You are not going to get what you paid for, whoever says that is a fraudster.

Alhamdullilah I went to Hajj last year 2018 and it was simply impressive. Dawn Travels made this amazing trip so very easy to finish. The assistance as well as guidance given were just excellent many thanks to involved in making this trip worth everything the way.

My name is Asif Qazi. I got an Umra package through Mr. Khalid of Dawn travels from Nov 15- Nov 23. All travel arrangements and ground transportation was excellent and over and beyond expectations. I would strongly recommend Dawn Travels for your Umra package. Don't look here or there, pick up phone and make your reservations

Dawn Travels agents know little about travels and care less about you after they get your money. I happened to use their service and suffered a neglect that caused me physical, psychological and financial pain.

I got to Jedda with my family, only to learn that there was no arrangement to pick us up and take us to Mecca. I called the office in New York (long distance) and they never bothered to call me back. When I returned to the US, I called again to report the issue, but got nothing but false promises. Dawn Travels = RUN!

I got into trap into this company for planning my Umrah trip. I am on H1 visa here and they made a mess and didnt applied my application correctly. They took 1560$ for 4 persons and didn't even refund a singly penny from service fee. I highly recommend to not get into this company trap. Their CEO is big bogus fellow and so their company employees sitting in Pak

Both brothers running this agency are professional Liars and have been successful in scamming people so far. They are a expert talkers and wil talk their way out of any situation by putting the blame on someone else. If they will not find anything they will say be patient as Hajj is a mushaqqat. What a Joke these people are!

I used Dawn Travel to do Umrah. I couldn't believe that I got so much for my money. I mean from picking me up from the airport to the holy site tours in Mecca and Medina. Not to mention being put in great hotels. I went with a few brothers this year and they still talking about how we got such a unbelievable package. We're looking to go again exult year InshaAllah and we don't have to look, we just use the same company. Also ask for Abdul Samad. He's great. I mean very patient with helping you tailor your trip according to your budget. He's a hands on walk through person. I guess he will be my go to person for all my travels in the future InshaAllah.

About the dawn travel on of the best travel agency very helpful once again you have exceeded my expectations. Especially I thanks to Mr Karim he always very helpful and very professional agent. He's very friendly and he's service and communication is awesome very intelligent agent. I highly once again recommend to you all please use dawn travel agent. I give 10 out of 10 to Mr Karim and he's travel agency.

I am writing this analysis upon the outstanding management of DawnTravels.com during Hajj 2015, even though some bad incident occurred during hajj at Mina as well Haram, Otherwise Dawn Travels all the services including transportation, food, and hotel arrangements are mind blowing. Wish to Umrah this time in December 2015.

My family and I just came from Umrah and I must say we received an excellent service from Dawn Travels. Our accommodation was great. They have friendly and professional staff here in the state as well in Makka. We were dealing with brother Abdul Samad, who was amazing. He made our journey very peaceful and convenient. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Dawn Travels.

I went on a hajj in 2018 thru Dawn travels. I won't recommend their service to even my enemy. It was a disaster, a horrible experience. I trusted on the reviews but I was mistaken about reviews on Umera service vs. Hajj. Trust me, they are not worth even considering. Don't be trapped by the rosy marketing words. This company is not for any spritual services. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

I went to hajj with Dawn travels this year in 2019.
In one of the reviews the person says there were 30 to 35 people in Mina Tent when he was promised 15. Its kind of a lie, they were 60 people in one tent and it caused a lot of suffocation in that tent. It was hard to even breath. The AC's wouldnt even work. I will post the pics soon.

Having a great time with Dawn Travels to perform Umrah in the month of Ramadan 2017. It was a fantastic journey, provided excellent services throughout the journey.

Overall excellent arrangement in five star hotels along with great food and I also booked my hajj packages 2017 with same travel agent, willing that I should be a better journey.

Highly recommend Dawn Travels services for Hajj and Umrah.

I must speak that I have been to Saudia Arabia, so many times in my life, but this year first time with Dawn Travels for Hajj. There is no question that they are enormous people - very well organized journey, everything was pre-arranged, nice and awesome 5 star accommodation both Makkah and Madinah hotels, services was great during the whole trip.

I would highly recommend everybody to try them - you wont be disappoint.

Dawn travel doing a amazing, mashallah jawad bhai very helpful and doing a great job, and really doing hardworking, sometime he put his personal time on his job. I recommend to people just reach out to him and he will do his best.

I wish I could give it a zero star or a negative star. But they are lucky that I cannot.
Don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace.
Dawn Travels is not a good agency to go to Hajj with. Doesn't matter what package you choose with them. They will make you suffer that you would wish you never selected them. I do not think anyone who had performed Hajj with them once would even think about them again.
It is my obligation now to spread awareness to my fellow muslim brothers and sisters to stay away from these scammers.
They also run another agency with the same hajj packages, If I can find out one of them. Wonder how many more will be out there hidden.
These brothers running Dawn Travels have been successful in scamming people and ripping them off then making excuses.

This agency should be reported to human rights violation services and that's how bad they will treat you. They should be stripped of their Hajj license and banned.
