We had the opportunity to perform Hajj 2019 with Dawn Travels. We found this trip a very good experience. We had guidance and support always available. There was no issue with logistics, accommodation, and food. I highly recommend to accompany this group as they offer low budget hajj packages and we go there for Ibadah, not for enjoying vacations.

Have been to Hajj, many times, but this year was my first with Dawn Travels. The procedure from the time of booking until we landed back at Jaddah airport was so smooth and well thought of. The organization did not leave a thing without considering all options and what is the most relaxed for the group.

We are situated near California, USA and we have been performing Hajj every three year period, Alhamdulillah! After having a bad experience with other travel agencies, we found the Dawn Travels tourism company. Although they were new to us, but we took a risk and found ourselves on the safe side. And Alhamdulillah thanks to almighty and you guys did a fabulous job which made our Hajj very good and memorable one.

I am very satisfied with the hajj 2014 I performed thanks to Dawn Travels. The food and beverages were obtained when needed and up to usual. The organized Imams talks were very significant and educating, I can honestly say I have a lot about hajj and about my faith afterwards. Generally, I would advise this operator again and if I ever wish to perform hajj again i will be using Dawn Travels.

People need to understand that they are not going on a vacation. Pilgrimage is an act of worship, and in any act of worship, we will be tested. Whatever happen is part of our test. I enjoyed my hajj and Dawn Travels provided a great support in logistics. A bed was provided for my body to rest, and food was provided to recharge me for my daily worship. Alhamdulillah. I thank the staff for doing their best to accommodate me. I will definitely use their service for future reference.

I used Dawn travel for my UMRAH in 2017. Had great experience and very good hotel service. All thanks to Mr. Farooq Najam he was very informative and answered all my questions. I am going for Ummrah again in 2020 Alhumdulilah not worried about anything because the services and the price that was provided for my Ummrah was amazing.

I always buy tickets from dawn travel with Wajahat bhai very helpful person. Usually I go 3 times a year umrah and pk. Always tickets buy from them. Even my family too. I highly recommend to parchase ticket to them.but I buy tickets a lot with them they should be give me a once free airfare.

Dawn Travels provided our Umrah package as one of the best experience we have had. Special thanks to Imtiaz, Wakas in the US and Javair in Saudi as our tour guide. We started on the 1st of May until the 8th and everything was very professional and courteous to meet your needs.
Very timely and communications is very efficient which is a very important factor when one is abroad. You want to use Javair as your tour guide in Saudi as he is very efficient and knowledgeable with where to go and what to do and sincere with his guidance not just as a job.
Overall, We like to sincerely thank Dawn Travel and Tours making our Umrah trip a very pleasant and unforgettable.

Hajj 2014 was a blessing to be invited by Allah (SWT) to attend! This was a (maybe) once in a lifetime experience, I feel very blessed to have been a guest of my Rabb! As for Dawn Travels Hajj and Umrah!

Zero admin staff and no one is guiding you while you are moving from Mina to Arafat, Arafat to Muzdalifa, Muzdalifa to Jamarat. Many people from our group lost, and this is not the place you wana get lost. You have no idea if you aren't on hajj before, all ramps and roads looks same but they lead you to different directions. Many people lost in 110 degree heat and they were dehydrated and gave up to die. No one from dawn group bothered to go and look for those missing people. Instead we have only one dawn rep with us who was chilling in AC and didn't responded to whatsapp messages of lost people.

I performed Hajj 2016 with my whole family with Dawn Travels. One think I would like to mention that I was my first ever Hajj in life, even though my ill mother with me and I was quite confused before Hajj that how I would manage things, but Alhumdullah having Dawn Travels, I couldnt face any trouble throughout the journey. Once again think to provide us such a remarkable service.

I don't know where to start. If I can give zero, I would have done that,
First I chose them and picked the two weeks Madina First Silver Package. They booked me on a 20 days trip. I had to beg my employer for extra vacation time.
Minna tents were overcrowded and AC didn't work properly.
Women bathrooms were not enough, filthy and almost never cleaned during our five days stay.
3rd, their agent falsely assured me that the distance from Minna to Jamrat was about 30 mins back and forth. In reality, it was two hours round trip. Due to my illness, I had to pay 300 SR to be rolled back on a wheel chair the first day of Jamrat, and I had to proxy my husband to do it for me the other days. Forth.
In Mecca, I fell ill, called the group lead asking for a clinic information, No response, texted also no response. A roommate offered my some medicine killer, and I was lucky it worked.
Buses always late, not in the order of minutes, but in hours, 10+ hours in one instance.
To sum my experience, I would not recommend this Dawn Group to my worst enemy.
