Many items to choose from, but not many great prices. Whomever authorizes/ok the sales/marketing should go back to school. Daz used to give away many free high ticket items now it's always...get this for x$$$ if you buy this or buy that. What happened to having the opportunity to get base characters free, or like once upon a time $5.99 for a limited time. The longer I keep my Daz+ membership, the less value I am seeing in keeping it. The things I am most interested in are always too expensive, and the weekly freebies often contains mostly textures sets...which are useless unless you have the actual item. Sometimes there is a pose set or maybe a prop or base figure starter bundle, but it is very rare. To get more people interested in Daz Studio Daz should have a limited( 24-48 hour)massive character sale.
All base figure characters(limit 3) $5.99-7.99 each Base only no morphs or clothing items included.

Shopping at Daz website can be an overwhelming experience. It's not always easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Old is mixed with the new, and new is mixed with old. When I do a search I never look at all the results because even after you've sorted there is still so many results.
Website should be broken down like this. If a person wanted Genesis 8, you click and the only results shown are Genesis 8 items. Genesis 8 underwear, click Genesis 8 underwear should be the only result you see. Would be quicker finding what you need.
And so many merchants on the Daz website never mention what products are used in their promo shots. Every merchant SHOULD BE REQUIRED to post this information. There have been so many product promo photos I've seen that had items I was interested in but couldn't find out what they were because the merchant did include/post that information.
Pricing...I know digital work isn't easy and these creators deserve to get paid...but what is the deal with these prices and Daz pricing scheme? Now you almost always have to spend $$$$ to get any kind of good deal. "Buy this bundle at $99-$140 to get 10% off this $90-$100 bundle and so on. Pricing is all over the place.
If they really wanted to get new people into Daz Studio, offer more free items on the website. Base character, clothing, props and so on. A new person coming and getting started with Daz won't have any of these base figures so they won't discover the possibilities of the Daz phenomenon. They(Daz) should offer a base figure every month to entice new people. They get the figure start playing around with it, then they will want clothing, hair and so on. That's how you market, offer something that is going to peek interest not introduce a character/figure and charge$50-$100 for it.
That's why there are some figures I would really like(not bundle just figures) but just cannot afford those prices.

Lots of items to choose from but being a Daz+ member I feel I am not truly getting the best for my money. Every offer has some kind of catch to it... example "get this item free when spending($$$) or here a coupon code for $10 off if you spend $30 or more. Or get freebies every month" which is mostly textures for things I don't have. There should be more free items(not just textures) and low cost deals for Daz+ members. Do the people in charge of advertising actually not realize how much more memberships would increase if more free items(not just textures) were actually given to Daz+ member?
What's the point of paying for a membership if you are only going to receive items at only a dollar or two off? I understand the content creators need to make money, but some of the Daz pricing/offers/deals are just plain terrible.
I received a coupon via email but as usual the coupon was useless for me just as the Daz+ coupons every month are useless as I can never apply them to the things I actually want because it's not valid... so today I just opted for a freebie... at least that's something.

Lots to chose from, sadly not enough FREE or LOW COST items for DAZ+ members.
Customers are spending lots of money on accessories and other things for their figures, so why aren't more of the "base figures" free for Daz+ members. I would even consider spending more if I could actually get the base figures I wanted free or at at least a steep discount... and I don't mean buying several "new" release items just to get a free or discounted figure... ridiculous sales strategy.
And whoever runs their advertising needs help. Some of these so-called offers and specials do not entice me to want to spend money. If you want people to spend more money you need to offer more useful "free" items. Example. Often many of the fast grab and even monthly free items are texture add-ons... if a person doesn't already own the original item why would they want to purchase textures for it. Why not offer more base figures, or clothing items.
And this new genesis 9... this should be offered super cheap as to get more people interested. At this current "pre-order" price, I'm definitely not interested.
A few things I wanted were finally on sale. Though I never get to use the monthly coupon as whatever I want seems to be invalid with the coupon...

Many choices to choose from, very tedious trying to find exactly what you want, frustrated there are not deeper discounts and more free items for Daz+ members considering we are actually paying a membership fee, frustrated there are not more free base characters especially older characters from Genesis-Genesis 3. Overall site score 3-4... whole experience from website to pricing could use some serious improvements.
Product was actually at a price I could afford.

Excellent shopping experience by far from Daz3D for 3D products. Each product is provided with a set of a lot of helpful information on what you are looking for regarding 3D rendering. Discounts for the products add the cherry on top as well as providing additional products that were used in the promotional images to further enhance the shopping experience. I highly recommend shopping at the Daz 3D store if you want 3D assets for your renders.
I chose Daz3D since Daz is beginner friendly and is a great start for me to begin my 3D renders.
I chose the products simply due to them tailoring specifically to what I want to create for my renders and are a perfect fit for my tailored creative taste.

I've used this produduct for 5 yrs. It's great! With 9 you can do from Genesis 3 up. Which is very exciting.This is wonderful it helps with my indy films, as well as my 3d art work. Thanks to the many content creaters.

I originally got Daz in hopes that it would be better than Blender but was let down very hard! From the get go the program is loaded with bugs and crashes every time I try to log in to access all the free models, poses, etc.

Purchasing always goes fine as does installation -- for the most part. However, there are some wonderful products that interface with Photoshop, such as "Ron's" brilliant works... but there isn't quite enough instruction on where to direct those items so that Photoshop will "see them." Also, your tech support started helping us with a critical problem, but after I submitted the requested screen shots and screen video, I haven't been able to get a response from them. They started out responding very quickly, but now it's been 18 days of silence. This is crippling since DAZ is not functioning properly and we are on a huge project.

I've noticed it's very hard to make a convincing big smile or laugh with DAZ. Most the smile/laugh poses I got off Daz shop look fake, horrid, affected... like bad actors like that lady in the first Jurassic Park who made me cringe.
Still looking for good smile/laugh poses. I hope the ones I just got are better than my previous purchases!

Love Daz 3D/Studio, products are top draw, staff very helpful to which any problems I've had, haven't been problems for long. I won't be going elsewhere anytime soon. Surely that deserves a free interactive license, right? Just kidding 5*s

I was looking for some products to create a Frank Frazetta type art, I found a Dragon, figure and suitable attire and gratefully they were all on sale at the time, which enabled me to buy all I needed to start creating the art I was interested in doing, great!

No complaints. I would like more categories at top navigation level. The listing facets are fine but cumbersome. For example, if I think there should be a category for your premiere product, Genesis 8.

New store layout has too much unused blank space, very strange and unattractive choice.
Various smaller bugs, such as "Sort by New Arrivals" not working properly.
And I know you're not responsible for the Ati's plug-in... but shopping without it is really cumbersome.

I have try daz only for a short time but I addict of how easy and convenience it is to use and start
I also like the refund team, when my product have an issue (Crash, Not load, etc.) I can be at ease because they'll provide support
Doing a Model is always my dream and I have not start until I met Daz
I Consider how the product that I will used often and avoid the product that seem to not be used

Everything has been amazing up until the holiday sale first day. Discounts were not being given according to the listed sales specifics. Later that day the specifics of the sales were changed. At that point it was really too late to contest the issue. I feel that better communication needs to exist between advertising and online marketing before releasing sales adds. Also, your punch card image is misleading. Very huge problem with your search engine... try searching for "The Girl 8" you may find her sifting through over 2000 items but even more difficult to find items associated with her. This is also an issue with DAZ Central for those of us that have hundreds and even thousands of items to search through.
Wanted to keep collecting the punches on my card though I can't be sure they are accurate.

Slowly after starting on Daz beta 1 I think, many years ago, took 6 years off due to medical problems and have continued trying to learn Daz Studio's latest. The one point I would like to tell is about the rewards program. High dollar customers don't get enough for their contribution's. The Reno guy's have a good point system. Something like that keeps you coming back.
Live chat on you tube. Great but, even thou I was subscribed and signed up for it I couldn't chat. And I had some questions I thought were relevant

Bryce 3D - For photographers, Bryce 3D is a great little tool to add 3D images to your photographs, such as suns, moons, landscapes, sky, etc... very worthwhile learning if you do landscape photography. Yes, I realize it is dabbling into graphic art, but nobody will know...

Oh I just decided perhaps on the spur of the moment? Maybe after I updated the daz3D studio program, I felt like I'd buy something nice for it. That's all I have to say about that.

Of course, it is both easy and quick, but what I absolutely LOVE about the store experience is just how convenient it is to have the interaction with my account and the ability to follow up on all of my purchased content, either through the website or using Daz central!
I only have a minor issue with daz Studio, and I'm not sure where to mention this, but I have found that my notes associated with my (own) scene files get somehow LOST when I update or even just USE daz central, I'm not sure why, and it is a tad annoying because whenever I go back to something I was working on maybe years ago, the scene data is there, but the "personal" notes don't seem to be, so I lose track of what it was I was intending or had any issue with regarding that particular scene (. DUF) file... is this something that has happened to other users? Is there some solution to this, short of actually deleting and re-installing the program? I am aware there is probably an update already which I think Daz central will want to install, but I am afraid I'll lose any personal notes I made in the area just under the scene data tab, so I have held back for the time being.
But thanks for your great work, I do appreciate it, and the work of the many artists and helpers out there in the community.
I really hope to be a better 3D artist eventually.

I happened to have a little extra funds, and actually I have been wanting to obtain some new characters for the new Generation 8 models... but my wish-list is getting a bit over-extended, to be honest.: 0 :)

As always, Daz has a stunning array of models available on a wide range of subjects. Would love to see more granularity on the filters (landscapes, architecture, etc.) but overall it's still a fantastic place for asset collection.
Continuing to build our in-house digital backlot for our VFX work and animations. Over ten years, now, I believe and still love seeing what's new.

Been using Daz for over a decade. I've been especially appreciating the accelerated updates these past few years. Thank you very much. Your interface is clear, and mostly well laid out. I think there could be some better consolidation on the main page, I would like more search filters, and I do find the overall installation cumbersome, but I did manage to learn how to save everything to an alternative drive. This is something that should be made more clear in the installation process: the ability to target-install the application and the directories with a clear warning that the directories are large, and should not be saved to your C: Drive. This has caused headaches over the years, but I made the effort to sort out how to get it done because I am a proponent of your software and service.
You're my go to for 3D assets.
I saw I had a targeted special because I owned more than a few of that particular artist's assets. I will almost reflexively purchase specials like that.

I've always had a good experience with Daz. No issues checking out or downloading the products. This time was the same, and I was able to see the item I bought in my content folder in minutes. Overall, good products, decent prices, and it's easy to find what I need here. Also, the times I've spoken with people, they've been kind, courteous, and prompt with replies. That's the kind of customer service I like. Feels like they care about their customers.
I've been browsing the holiday deals all month long. Today, I only purchased a free Christmas gift.
Both because it was free and went with the holiday theme. I've grabbed a couple of Christmas things in the past weeks.

I've been working on Daz3D for a couple of days and picking it up fast. I'm not any near an expert but I am enjoying learning it. Tons of free addons and great deals on the purchases I have made. I have about $12 in this one and I can now continue to use everything from that purchase in the future.

My issue concerns the filter. It used to filter out items better. I used to rummage around DAZ just looking at characters or just clothing but not it bunches it all together. Now with 9 it's worse I get men and women together. I'm looking at shoes instead of characters now. It's become annoying to find items.

Daz can be fun, but it's also expensive. For a hobbyist like me, that makes it kind of hit or miss. Not everything works easily either, and as there are no user ratings on products, spending money on something that might not be what you really want is hard, especially in the current economy. Additionally, with the constant barrage of new things, trying to keep up hardware-wise and product-wise is a never-ending battle.
These were free items, a few of which I had the base needed to use.

Hard to recommend your platform to new users with these prizes. You praise yourself as a progressive company just to cash in. Genesis 1 was a good concept but now you sell everything double and triple, sorry no recommendation from me towards my friends!
