No complaints. I would like more categories at top navigation level. The listing facets are fine but cumbersome. For example, if I think there should be a category for your premiere product, Genesis 8.
Daz3d is a $#*!ty program that freezes up my computer. Avoid it. There are better programs out there.
You've given us free 3d print licenses on some items already purchased. Great, this opens up some ideas. But then you make me go through every single item I've purchased and manually add each license to the basket as I only have limited time to pick up these licenses and it's not enough time to know if I want to actually use the item in 3d print. A complete time waste when I could be doing something more productive.
The Prices have gone up too high.
I recently purchased a new Mac computer and wanted to start fresh by downloading Daz Software and nothing works. Had to delete it because it was also taking too much hard drive space. Your software needs upgrading.

Please re-evaluate how PA+ coupons are used. Over 50% of the time, I can't use them for one reason or another. For example, I tried to use the prime coupon on this order, and I got an error message stating it was invalid.
I can never use my coupons half the time... so I really don't save a lot
I placed an order and expected to have the items added to my account. Instead, the order says, "processing" and I've never received the items. The charge is on my credit card, and I haven't received the items. I opened a ticket and "Gunnar" says they can't do anything. I asked them to cancel the order and refund it. Here's what he said: "Unfortunately that is not possible for me to do. There is no option for me to cancel an order on my end of the transaction. You must notify me of any updates that are made on your end."
This is totally not consistent with their own help pages on the subject that say, "Step 2: Submit a Sales Support Ticket and include the following: purchase order number, the name of the product(s) that you wish to have refunded..."
Truly, your online shop is broken if you can't refund an order.

Overall, the site and store are working well but still need improvement. For example, the TAGs in the blue line (top of the site) should also be visible when you are on a product page. Furthermore, the latest updates have worsened the visibility of the products in the list while instead the product covers should be larger to give greater visibility.!
Finally, in the "items" section there are no tags like "hair or clothes" which makes searching even more cumbersome.
In any case, the DAZ site remains one of the most complete and updated stores but I hope it will improve further soon!

Great shop with lots of interesting products that are affordable and usually quite nice. However, it would be really useful with the following information on each model: #polygons #triangles #vertices #draw calls
In addition, I would like 3d models to come with one or more low poly versions. I use most of the models I buy for games and would really appreciate any of these suggestions to be implemented in the shop. Overall, you are doing well, and I have been met with great service the few times I have been in contact with support/CS. I would give 4.5 stars, and easily up that to 5 if the requested information was added and/or low poly versions added. Thanks!
It was free... and I am a hoarder of assets. I usually drop by the shop quite frequently to see if there is anything new of interest or some good deals to be made. Kudos for all the free stuff! I have spent a small fortune buying Daz content, so it's nice to pick up freebies from time to time.
Your search engine could use some updating. I typed in something like New Cart and 20 or so packages came up. Not one of them was a New package. I've noticed in the past, depending on what I am looking for, the search engine isn't always very accurate or helpful.

DAZ makes my life a lot easier. Your staff is always polite and helpful. The orders are usually easy to process. My only complaint so far is it would be helpful to be able to send messages to the artists in order to make package suggestions... for instance, I would love to be able to suggest am English (shaggy) Sheep Dog package etc.

While I appreciate that the 3D Licenses are being offered for free for a limited time, adding them item by item is ridiculous. I just spend the better part of an hour doing 1 page from my product list. I have 220 pages of products.
The fact that they were free and DAZ has offered no real indication that the rumors of applying the licenses automatically are anything more than a rumor.
I have been with Daz for over 15 years. Looking at everything takes a long time and is hard to chose. Checkout is quick and easy. Can be addictive too. The sales can be quite a wonderful way to get items you missed. Amazing artists and their products.

I have been with DAZ 3D for 5 years now. They always carry beautiful and unique renders that are perfect for visual storytelling in any genre. Their customer service has always been attentive to me and answers, if not resolves, any questions that I have within 24 hours. Thank you! Hard to know why coupon codes do or don't apply. Promotional emails talk about different discounts (like the one four days ago for gift cards) but there's no indication gift cards are discounted on the website, and no info when clicking the "more info" link in the email. Freebies are very hard to find.

I wish there was an easier way to import external assets into the Daz3d Smart Content library. Also, it is annoying that Daz3d does not utilize all cores of a 64-core processor and that some intense operations, like loading an asset into the scene is just a single thread running on a single core.
I need various types of clothing. Due to continuous development of my work I will continually need new clothing.
I purchased the tutorial on how to import 3rd party assets into the Daz3d Smart Content library, because Daz Studio does not feature a simple way to do so.
The Technical Support has no telephone number and may take the whole week or two just to respond; if they choose to at all. It has been my experience that they don't care about their customers. You have to be proactive in learning the software because you are alone and they could care less. They are not part of the Better Business Bureau. Research and read before you jump into this one. Good companies cave about their customers. I believe that if you put the cart before the horse, then, you have to deal with it. Yes. Like Me.
I am not a fan of I=Ray because the renders take to long. The GPU needed is WAY out of my budget. If you could give us the option to buy the 3D lite version, people would probably buy more products. This is just a hobby for me. I don't make money from it.

I was adding discounted items in my cart. I know you have flash sales and the like. I know such sales are meant to 'make us move and buy'. But less than 15 minutes later, and JUST as I was going to check out, more than half of the items moved back up in price. You could at least initiate a countdown or something like you sometimes do with Flash sales. This is sincerely just crass. I feel like I was played with. Very poor business practice. And I am spending a LOT in the Daz Store. This really makes me resent you as a business, even if I continue to be a loyal customer. It is not frustrating, it is infuriating.

Some things that could be helpful in navigating the store like a hide DAZ+ items and a better way to find and filter artists in the left panel. Very difficult to use since it is sorted by # of products rather than alphabetical by name of artist.
Still my favorite place to shop especially with the March madness specials.

Renee for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female package does not install properly through DAZ Connect. Files not installed, despite using install feature on DAZ Connect. Cannot open product. Not the first time a newly purchased product was unable to be utilized. While understanding that glitches and bugs occur, I feel this should be a priority for DAZ to ensure products sold on their website are functional upon purchase. Not the first time I have had this issue.
Prices are way too high on most items. Also, some artists are quite good but unfortunately many artists do low quality work and their products are worthless. It can be difficult to sort out the good from the bad sometimes. The bad ones pollute this site.

I don't want to dismiss or disagree with your concerns, but I do want to let you know where things have improved since you originally reported it:
- Customer Service phone number. We found that this was not easy for customers to find. So we have added it under the "help->contact us" from the main nav of the site. To be fair, this number will ring to people who will open a support ticket for you and your request will then be handled through email. As this is free software, and we have literally hundreds of thousands of new users per year, doing live support on the phone is not an option. I am also happy to inform you that 97% of all support tickets are now resolved in the first 24 hours, with 99% in the first 48 hours. Not bad for free software :) (Also as a note: we are definitely, and have been for years a member of the BBB. We have an excellent reputation with them, and take all complaints that come through them very seriously.)
- You are correct that there could have been much better material available for people to learn the software. But again, I am happy to report that there have been massive advancements in this area. If you take a look at our Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/WWWDAZ3DCOM/videos you will see that there has been a flood of detailed tutorial videos posted over the last year.
