Guys, I am an accountant, dealing day-to-day with HMRC however talking to DBS and chasing something is just whole another level of rude and horrible customer service! They will hang up on you promising to finally process filled out forms submitted to them months ago and... you can forget you will ever receive anything... I would use very inappropriate language to say what I think about this department but will keep it to myself. Don't chase them for copies/reprints: will never work anyway. Just pay and apply again because money is what they like the most.
