In January 2018 I ordered two bags from the German Forzieri-website, delivery was fast, products were of quality, but I ended up not liking the bags and sent them back. Customer service told me on January 22nd that they had received the return and that it would take 10 to 15 work days to process the refund. One month later, the money still hadn't been transferred to my bank account. I asked via mail about my refund and the lady from the customer service responded that she would contact somebody from the refund department and keep me informed. But she never wrote back. 10 days later I asked again, she apologized and said that the refund had been transferred to my account (that was a lie as I later found out). Only when I wrote an e-mail complaining about the bad customer service at the end of March, something happened. They sent me a tranfer confirmation and at the beginning of April I received my refund. It has been my worst online shopping experience and I think it is absolutely unacceptable that the customer has to make such an affort in order to receive the refund. Not recommended if you need to return something.
