I ordered a gift for my wife from this small business on a Saturday with priority shipping. I realized that it wouldn't get started till Monday. I was trying to get this by Christmas. So that is why I paid priority mail. After the sale was done I find out it could take 1-3 to process and you cannot cancel an order or get a refund once the order is placed. In my opinion not a good practice for your business. Contacted them several times, finally got a response with an apology but no action to try and make this right, return my priority mail money, a coupon, a discount, nothing. Just oh well I got your money you' ll get your Christmas gift whenever.
