Placed order 2/13/18, it is now 2/28/18 have not heard from and had any order confirmation, only credit card charged on 2/13/18. It has been 15 days. Haven't heard a thing, and they are very difficult to contact by phone. Would not recommend DecorGlamour. Good Luck

I ordered a shower tub faucet April 4th and have not received it. Trying to get in touch with customer service is very difficult and when I finally did they told me my shipment will be shipped next week Really? Tried to cancel and they told me I can't. Why Not? If my shipment hasn't left the warehouse. Emailed several times and no response. Very disappointed with this company. You want great service go to Build.com. They are responsive!

I used a newly acquired credit card with this company- the only charge I ever made with it - several days later I was getting fraudulent charges on the card. Besides that headache its been 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. I hate this company.
I have been waiting for a refund of over 9 months for $1,700. Have called multiple times, send emails asking were my refund is. Given different answers each time. Under no circumstances would I ever order from this company again. If you read the the reviews you will find the same issues. Horrible service. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
Be prepared to wait. This company may have a best prices but save yourself the headache of waiting months to get a complete order... something most people can't do if they have a renovation going. My initial order of knobs/pulls took 1-2 months to complete and when finally received, some were damaged. I've been dealing with the company for an additional 2-3 months just to get the damaged ones replaced. I received a partial replacement and am still missing some items. They do not provide status updates (shipping, backorder, etc.) unless you initiate the status request. Called twice today as all contact before has been via email and they hung up on me twice. Horrible customer service and will never buy from them again.
I ordered two different products and the quality of both was excellent and they arrived faster than expected. Only problem is one item doesnt fit and I need to return them and am having a hard time contacting customer service.
I ordered 11 cabinet pulls which arrived several weeks after I placed the order. Decorglamours prices are good but it does take a bit longer than expected to receive the items. All but one of the cabinet pulls were undamaged. Each pull was individually packaged in a separate 2 part plastic bag (one part contained the pull, the other held screws). The damaged pull had 2 small nicks on the surface which marred the clean look of the modern cabinet pull. Since the nicks were small, I might have kept it rather than go through the trouble of replacing it had it not been for the fact that you could feel it snag your finger when my hand touched the pull. The plastic bag containing the damaged pull clearly showed signs that this particular pull had been roughly handled. Perhaps Decorglamour can improve customer satisfaction by not shipping handles with obvious damage to their packaging? Just a thought.
It has now been almost a month and the product has not left their warehouse. When I called to cancel because I need this item, they said it shipped, and could not be cancelled. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago, just called and it did not ship. So at this point I assume they are scamming me and will have to call my bank and report fraud. I tried to call them, they do not answer the phone now. Buyer beware, they will take your money and you will be out of luck. No even 1 star, but negative stars was not an option!
Like many of the other reviews have stated it will take MONTHS, not weeks, to receive your order. In my case, I still have not received my full order and it is going on 3 months since I placed the order. What I have received is incomplete despite being charged for the full amount. I have sent numerous emails (20+) that have gone unanswered and called an equal amount only to be put on hold and never connected or was hung up on (this happened 4 times). I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and to retrieve the money for the incomplete order I received. I SO wished I had read the reviews before using this company. Furthermore, many items sold through this questionable company can be found at legitimate retailers (Lowe's/Home Depot) for less money. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made.
I ordered an item from decorglamour.com in May of 2020. The item never arrived. I have e-mailed their customer service (or lack there of) multiple times. No one will ever answer the phone. "Fran" did respond once to tell me the "check was in the mail". How original. "Shaindy" responded once to say my refund was "processing". Needless to say, I have received no refund or the item I purchased. It is now November. I have e-mailed Ronbow, the maker of the vanity top, to let them know one their suppliers is fraudulent. It seems the crooks also go under the name Economy Decor and Decor Planet. Avoid at all costs. Do not give them any more money.
Awful (nonexistent) customer service. Have a defect, return or any other issue - forget it! First they'll make you jump thru hoops, w/pics, explanations, etc., then when it's clear that you're not going away they simply stop responding.

Numerous emails lied about unshipped item, then lied about refund policy. Their 50 bucks savings and alleged "ready to ship" BS has cost me hours trying to get a refund. My item was not shipped. Decorglamour lied several times that it had been. As a contractor, I don't pass along lies to my clients.
I would give zero star to these guys only if I had a choice. The customer service is the most terrible you could ever imagine and that 5 star rating must be a total scam. I wouldn't even waste time writing the details, poeple just be aware you will be going through lots and lots of frustartion.
We ordered 36 cabinet knobs on March 7th, 2018. We just now received them on March 30th. We received an order confirmation and order number the same day and waited the 5-7 business days for an email providing the tracking number for the shipment. After not receiving any information including no order number on their website, we started the process of calling/emailing for updates. Long story short, we had to get the credit card company involved to expedite the process after which we did get a shipment notification and tracking number. Their price was the best we found on line, but I would not recommend them based on customer service. I would gladly pay a few dollars more and have accurate updates and shipment information.
Took a much longer time to receive the Knobs. Wrong knobs was sent to me, trying to get in contact with customer service for a replacement is a nightmare. It took them so long and asking the same questions over and over again to place a replacement. After 3 weeks, no replacement order was initiated. I was forced to cancel the entire order for a full refund. Another nightmare just began... just sent the 3rd request to acknowledged the refund, but no answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PERIOD!

Some how I missed these reviews when I ordered Baldwin parts on March 21st of 2020, for $194.70. When they charged my credit card the day I ordered should have been a clue. Would not give me a delivery date, but would as soon as the parts arrived from their supplier. They continued to lead me on until 8/28/20 they told me that the items I ordered are obsolete. They stated on 8/31/20 "refund will be issued" non received. Numerous times I have tried to call or E-mail to get a refund, but the run around continued. On 12/3/20 after sending e-mail they did reply "This order was cancelled" then they would not return numerous calls and e-mails to get refund. I feel they knew what their plan was towards me the day I ordered from them. Tried to get card company to get involved, but needs to be looked into within 2 months of purchase. The 2 months after order they still had believable reasons why I should not be concerned so card company could not help. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and hope all who reads this is turned away. There are better reputable companies that sell these products.
I ordered $1700 of cabinet Hardware, which did not fit my cabinets. I followed all of their rules & was told I would receive a full refund. The product was delivered to them on June 17th, 2020 and as of July 7th, 2020 still no refund.
They now will not respond to my emails & customer service never answers the phone, I sit on hold for hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I ordered Amerock Handles for my kitchen on September 10th. It turns out the company that sells to them has stopped doing business with them in September, because there customer service was so bad. They took my money and I haven't received anything. I call them and they hang up on me. So I called Amerock, and they told me they would not do business with them anymore. I had to order the handles from build.com. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I INITIATED MY ORDER. THEIR PRICES WERE A BIT LESS BUT THE WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS! I EVEN WAS NOT ABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER AND THE ORDER HAD NOT SHIPPED OUT OF THE MANUFACTURER. CONSTANTLY GETTING THE AUTOMATED EMAIL THAT THEY WOULD RETURN MY EMAIL REQUEST IN 24 HOURS. REALLY - IT FELT LIKE 24 DAYS AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY RETURN EMAIL - I HAD TO PAY 34.50 TO RETURN THE PRODUCT! FRAN IS THE MISSING LINK.
Difficult to reach a talking person, and when you do they are not only unprofessional, but are in disbelief of what you tell them. An example, gave the measurements of the item I wanted and they dropped shipped the wrong items. When I tried to return them, they wanted to charge a restocking fee. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand why the restocking fee should not be deducted from the order. They cross examined me several times on the measurements I gave, and to make it worse, they claimed that was the only size available by that vendor, and said it did not come in a larger size by anyone else. After several calls and emails, I had to do my research, found another company that the correct size came in, called them again and I had to tell them from my research what company carries that size, and product number. Before that, they insisted they can only get the smaller size. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused. To this day, I am not certain they charged me the restocking fee. In addition, I had to wait for over a week to get a RAM Number in order to return the wrong knobs. I will never order from them again. I had to place and pay for the new order if I wanted the order placed immediately because the previous wrong order had to be returned first. Yes, I was frustrated.
