Placed order 2/13/18, it is now 2/28/18 have not heard from and had any order confirmation, only credit card charged on 2/13/18. It has been 15 days. Haven't heard a thing, and they are very difficult to contact by phone. Would not recommend DecorGlamour. Good Luck
Do not be lured by their low prices. You will regret the sheer frustration of not receiving your order and no ability to contact customer service. Have been waiting over 7 weeks for 4 Kingston Brass valves. Delaying project. Horrible refund policy. Big mistake placing order with this company. Calling CC company now. Have been very successful with build.com. Very fast and outstanding service.
Difficult to reach a talking person, and when you do they are not only unprofessional, but are in disbelief of what you tell them. An example, gave the measurements of the item I wanted and they dropped shipped the wrong items. When I tried to return them, they wanted to charge a restocking fee. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand why the restocking fee should not be deducted from the order. They cross examined me several times on the measurements I gave, and to make it worse, they claimed that was the only size available by that vendor, and said it did not come in a larger size by anyone else. After several calls and emails, I had to do my research, found another company that the correct size came in, called them again and I had to tell them from my research what company carries that size, and product number. Before that, they insisted they can only get the smaller size. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused. To this day, I am not certain they charged me the restocking fee. In addition, I had to wait for over a week to get a RAM Number in order to return the wrong knobs. I will never order from them again. I had to place and pay for the new order if I wanted the order placed immediately because the previous wrong order had to be returned first. Yes, I was frustrated.
To be fair, most of the order was correct installed and look great. We have 3 pulls that were picked wrong by Decorgamour. We have tried to contact them via phone, left a message a week ago and still have heard nothing. We'll keep trying.
Not impressed, was told they were shipping the week after I ordered them. The shower parts were order 3/12/2018, it is now 3/23/2018 and I was told today that the items ordered will ship next week after they receive them in there warehouse. Why can't the items be drop shipped to me. Waste of my time, I will never use Decorglamour again.
I shopped at retail brick and mortar stores, saw the item i wanted, but said there was a 7% tarrif on all items of this brand. So i thought i would check online to see if i could find a better deal. Well i found Decorglamour's web site and glad i did, great price, customer service was too. Took a while to get because was backordered, when i spoke to customer service, Fran advised me they would be getting item by end of week, and would be shipped, it was just as she said. Very Pleased with transaction, will shop with decorglamour again, would recommend to do the same!
I ordered cabinet pulls in the wrong size. I called to get the right size shipped and returned the first order. It was very easy and the new shipment arrived very quickly. Thank you for the great transactions.
I was redoing our kitchen and wanted to change the hardware to a specific drawer cup pulls and cabinet pulls, and I found them at a few different place. I didn't think I was going to be able to get them, because they were very expensive. I ended up finding them at Décor Glamour for half the price of all the other places. I went ahead and ordered them and they arrived pretty fast, and I was able to finish my kitchen that looks great with the new hardware. They have a large selection at extremely competitive prices.
We were renovating our bathroom and the last things missing were towel holders, paper holders etc - all those small but same important items. They came all in a good condition and timely manner.
My order came so fast, that I couldn't believe it. Love this website and company. The product is really good quality and look so pretty in my kitchen.
Worst customer service! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering! I ordered a toilet paper holder on May 20th. It's now July 13th and per today's phone call, it is now "on back order" until August 10th. Yet for some reason they failed to tell me that the previous two times I called. I even got an email from them on June 11th stating it would ship out on June 22nd. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
After 15 days they have no idea where my order was
They were just guessing may be I will need to wait one more week to receive shipping info
