“Marcello Monaco, scammer with huge integrity problems”

Hi,
I would just like to warn other people about guy by the name of Marcello Monaco, Italian from Milano Italy with business in Sierra Leone and Bangkok Thailand. Is looking for investments with false promises and then disappears and blocks people on Whatsapp and social media, declines calls instead of trying to solve problems. He is highly unreliable with huge integrity problems. Highly advised to avoid dealing with this guy.

Tip for consumers:
Director is Marcello Monaco and CEO is Norberto Parissela who obviously doesn't exist but Marcello is using that name to take responsibility of himself.
