We bailed out from Seamless long time ago. Delivery.com has promo offers almost every other week and the offers are for old customers, too. Also, you get to collect points for every purchase and redeem them for future credits. As to the app itself, the recent update is more user friendly (more responsive when touching the screen & easier to switch between takeout and delivery) and the Android Pay $5 off promo for whole November was super duper sweet! We love you, Delivery.com. Please keep up your good work!
I placed an order and they cxld it saying "no drivers available" - i placed another order and was cxld again saying " merchant is now closed" - i called the merchant myself and they were NOT closed. I called delivery.com again and they said "miscommunication" to place order for tomorrow delivery which i was dumb enough to do. An hour later, they call me to tell me order has been cancelled because merchant will be closed next 3 days (fri sat sun) to place order for Monday! I called merchant - they said that was not true, they are open daily! My card was authorized all 3xx, waiting for it to refund. HORRIBLE customer service
Ordered dinner for grandson and myself to be deliver to hotel we were staying in. Gave address, as well as room number. Not only did delivery driver not update when he picked up to deliver, but delivered to wrong hotel, as well as leaving food outside the main hotel doors. Didn't even have enough sense to take it to front desk. After calling the toll free number and finding out food was delivered to wrong address, they didn't even apologize or make driver retrieve and deliver to correct hotel. Fortunately, my grandson was able to go to other hotel and get our food, although it was quite cold by then.
The $13 deal is promised to last up to March of 2016. I recommend my friend delivery.com today (Dec. 27) and there's now the $7 deal. What happened to "March." Get it together, delivery.com.
Would like it more with better customer service, etc... I won't be ordering here again fortunately. I do not recommend using delivery.com to order your foods unless it's your only option. However, I do recommend GrubHub! So much better compared to delivery.com.
This has got to be the absolute WORST delivery service. I made an order at 8:38 pm for my 3 year old the estimated delivery time was 9:53 pm it is now 9:47 and they have updated my estimated delivery time to 10:30. What the hell? 2 hours! I wish I could give 0 stars. My poor daughter just wants her tacos!
With a name like Delivery.com you want "Delivery" bill paid with tip for driver then notified order is ready for pickup. Pickup it's a delivery. Then they add an additional charge on card to have order delivered without authorization. Then Refuse to cancel order and refund.
Ordered o the website that had the correct street address, when we placed the order it showed no other addresses. When we got to our location they had no idea of the order. When my daughter found the correct location they refused to refund the money, even admitting the website was incorrect. Delivery dot com offered a $10 coupon but not refund and offered to have food delivered 3 hours away. I eventually got a manager offer to venmo the money for their mistake and admitted the website was wrong. Still delivery.com wont help. Do not use them for anything they have a 1.9 star rating.

My order was picked up by driver 15 minutes ago by and no food. I track my order. I live.08 miles from the restaurant. Why is the driver clear across town 7 miles away? I text their customer service chat option and no reply. So I call them and I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes. I paid $43 for dinner to be delivered warm and room temperature. I paid $9 for all their delivery and service fee, in addition to a 18% tip. My food order was $22 plus tax of $1.81 for a total of $23.81. The rest is fees and tip. Never again
Waited 2 hours after multiple back and forth calls with both the restaurant and this place. My food arrived cold and the order wasn't even complete.
Called them one more time and requested a full refund and was left on hold until I got tired of waiting. Please do not use this services.
I've been using delivery.com occasionally for a few years. At least one in three orders consistently requires additional follow up because the online inventories are inaccurate. The follow up takes the form of a phone call, rather than text or email, like other platforms. Today, I had issues with two orders. For the second, the merchant who failed to deliver my full order screamed at me that I should be sitting by my phone with it on (I was and it was; it's a landline). He claimed to have called several times, but there was one voicemail, delivered after I received the incomplete order. Delivery.com offered only "sorry for the inconvenience," with no actual redress or acknowledgement of my issue.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use delivery.com thinking everything will work smoothly. Their internal communications with the vendors seem to be clunky at best, possibly even outdated and incompetent. For some issues, the vendor is supposed to contact the customer directly, for others, the vendor is supposed to go through delivery.com. And more than 50% of orders seem to use the maximum stated delivery window or longer.
Horrible. Don't ever use them. Cannot get my phone number right. Showed my order as delivered- it wasn't. Was then in contact w restaurant who told me my order was sitting but multiple drivers had been thru picking up other orders. 5th call to delivery.com said oh well, if the order is cold call us back. Shame on at that point. Order was obviously cold. Called back - told it's been escalated, they'll get back to me. Meanwhile I have cold rotting food and they charged me close to $89. Apparently 6 calls and counting is their secret. For ONE order. Pathetic.
Waited an hour and 20 minutes. We got a TEXT message saying our order was canceled, because they changed delivery drivers and the one they passed it off to was to far away. Regardless of the excuse we were never. They claimed the restaurant was supposed to contact us. Please use another service.
My favorite local delivery company merged with this big company, and it has been nothing but disappointment ever since. The last three times we've ordered with them, the order has been wrong and missing items, which we paid for. You would think the drivers would go over the order with the restaurant, since they can't open the containers themselves for safety reasons, to make sure everything is accounted for, but they couldn't care less. Classic story of a great little company that was bought out by a $#*!ty big company which only cares about quantity over quality of service.
Save your money and order through another avenue.
Delivery.com is a scam of a company and should not be trusted. I ordered lunch from them for our office last week, and due to difficulties between delivery.com and the restaurant, our order was cancelled 20 minutes before lunch without notice. In addition to this mixup, I ended up being charged by them for the cancelled order, and had to call and speak with two levels of customer service before I was refunded my money and ushered off the phone. Don't bother. It's not worth your time and energy. At best, they're disorganized and incompetent, but I suspect it goes beyond that.
I would've given no stars if it was a option. So it's after 11pm made an order and the order never got here. $53.00 order No one can contact the driver or restaurant. No more money to buy food so my family starves tonight. The delivery.com team is rude and condescending and doesn't respect or care for your situation. Bogus company and should be fined and closed for business.
Ordered food for pickup 5/15/21 Saturday $25.79. Called within 5 minutes of order to cancel and was accepted. Reordered delivery from Ubereats for a lower price. Within minutes delivery.com debited money from account. When I called delivery.com *******191 a rude and unsavvy female hung up on me. No wonder Yelp/Uber Eats and Grubhub are much better apps.
I have never had a delivery service drop the ball like this one does, the driver was extremely late to pick up my food and by the time he got there the restaurant was closing so half my order couldn't even be picked up anymore. They tried to placate me with adding things I didn't want and that costed less than what I ordered then reused to refund the items I didn't receive. What a joke!
I ordered food through delivery.com using a coupon that I found in my mailbox! They said the order will be delivered in 30-45 minutes. An hour and half later, I call the restaurant asking for my order, they say they don't even know what delivery.com is! Obviously the food was never delivered!
The next day I spoke with the customer support of delivery.com asking for a refund, to be answered by the most unprofessional customer support agent ever! Pulling the words out of his/her mouth! And shutting the chat even before we're done!

After almost ordering through this service we realized the prices had to be a joke. $13 more for an item on a particular restaurant's menu, compared to their normal price for this item. What? Everything on the menu was about 40% higher than normal price. Then adding fees and a tip? Forget it. We ended up ordering carry out and got it ourselves.
Food never showed up. Hungry and MAD! When I called to find out where our food was, they said the restaurant closed for lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing as a restaurant who offers lunch specials, close for lunch? Very diasppointing.
2 Hours after I ordered, my food shows up, ONLY after I call and complain and TRY to cancel my order. I'm told I can't cancel or get a refund because they are delivering it within the 128 minutes allowed! And then, they move me up front on the schedule and get my food right to me. Of course, my lunch hour is long over. At least the food is still warm. Never, Ever Again!
The WORST company on the face of the earth Customer service is nasty, uninformed and just awful. So many other companies to work with. Save your sanity and time NEVER use delivery.com They lie about when orders will be here, always blaming the merchant. Many times the merchant did not get the order that was placed on delivery.com There is a very big problem with delivery.com I have used many other services and they were all good, ie/ seamless web, grub hub etc.

I waited an hour past the ETA and finally called the 800 number. They said it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later the driver called and said the restaurant didn't have my food ready.
First and last time user. Very doubtful I'll actually get my refund.
We are not sure how delivery.com popped up on our computer screen. We assumed it was a delivery service approved by the restaurant with which we placed our order because we thought we were on the restaurant website. We charged our meal and it was almost $100. We called the restaurant when the food had not yet arrived 40 minutes after the time we requested delivery. The restaurant had no record of us as purchasers. The restaurant said someone had come into the restaurant and ordered our selections and swiped a card under the name of Del Pic and the cost was approx $56. So we ended up paying almost double what the restaurant received. I give delivery.com a zero if the software will allow it otherwise a one.
We ordered family dinner over an hour ago on delivery.com. Delivery.com was happy to take our money. Just 5 minutes ago, they canceled the order inexplicably.

I have tried to use Delivery.com several times. I really wanted to like them, the idea is simple and easy. In realty the system is awful. Orders take along time to process, sometimes never going through. Whenever I have called Delivery.com they have been rude and unhelpful. It is better to call the vendors directly, much better results.
