I am in love with Dell, and everything that Big Mike touches. It would be very hard for me to say anything negative about their website. The only thing I can advice is that they give it a more store-like format, and less of a PR medium. Other than that, it's all good.

I called to get information on where to access an invitation for friends/family which was super confusing, to begin with. The Dell employees are terrible at their job and do their best to try to confuse and obfuscate the correct answer. They were quick to point out that my computer was purchased two years ago. Don't they realize we have other options? Very poor management team who allows this bad service to go on. Just look at all the one star reviews.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a computer, paid for it with Paypal, received the computer, son very happy. Invoice says it was paid. A year later, they sent me emails that I still haven't paid for the computer. I opened my account--it says it has been paid for. I called, and representatives say to ignore everything because it is fraud. So I do what I am told. I ignore the numerous e-mails and then calls. I contact Dell again. It's all ok, ignore. Now, another year later, I have received a letter from a lawyer saying I owe Dell money. I very well may, because after researching more, I can't find the record of the transfer. But I don't even know how to pay them since it doesn't show up in my account and I am extremely wary of paying some random person who I can't even confirm works there over the freaking phone. But now they have added over $50.00 to my original bill and I still can't get it confirmed from contact that I do owe them money or how to pay even because I have some freaking letter from some law firm that I don't even know really exists. Customer service is impossible! And I am really mad now. Never would I ever ever ever buy anything from Dell again.

Dell did not load office before the pc shipped.
After I received the computer from dell, Dell and Microsoft on three way chat for ~2hours, Microsoft loaded MS office remotely.
Neither Dell or Microsoft support could provide a software key.
I made multiple requests to DELL for software key and could not get to the right person with "authority" to provide a key.
After 5 days of calls/email i gave up and returned the PC.

I bought a good deal on an Alienware Area 51m laptop. Cheapest price and best deal I was very excited to get it. When it arrived I was super happy till it had usb malfunctions and the PCIe card was not working. Had to have help trying to fix it with tech support hoping it was a minor software issue which it wasn't. Had slow help getting the computer processed for a replacement, but tech failed to let me know I couldn't crop images of my contact in hand writing and the service tag with the product. It had to be shot on one camera with my contact and service tag.

I got fed up and decided to contact for a refund after suffering from two anxiety attacks and not constant chest pain from stress. Refund was easier to issue than getting my laptop processed for a replacement sadly. I am disgusted with Dell I used to like them and my first computer was dell. I probably won't be buying from them again for awhile. It's not worth my time or health.

I ordered a laptop on the Dell website. It took me 4 tries before I was only ordering 1 laptop. My cart wouldnt let me delete multiple laptops as I tried to add and delete upgrades.?!?!? Very frustrating. I place my order and get the usual security verification email... I call Dell support # provided. The guy in the end blah blah blah its all good Mr order is processed. Notification #2 I call blah blah blah... yes Sir your order is processed. Next day email order is canceled?!? Now I have spent 1hr on hold and called for the 3rd time... to be continued..

I recently bought an expensive desktop (Inspiron) from Dell but when I needed information on my additional purchase of setting up my computer I called and emailed the agent who sold me the computer and he NEVER responded to any of my calls or emails. So if you have an opportunity to buy a Dell from Hemath Kumar at Dell, don't bother. He is awful and uncaring and quite uncooperative.

I ordered a game on Dec 14 and have not received my game and I have talked to dell on the internet through text messages and they keep saying they are working with a part of their company but I still have not received anything so if anybody is looking to order from dell DONT they are SCAM never again will I order anything from dell cause all they want is your money and to hell with getting your order to you I'm going to dispute the money they took from my account and order it somewhere else

Almost your products are good but you should initiate some authorized dealers and service centers as they are much needed here in Pakistan.

Still no delivery. 9 days and counting. I could have walked it there. Service is very pleasant but can do nothing. Is this ups fault or did dell only pay them a penny for delivery.

If item is ordered from dell you will not get it when they say. Can be up to 3 weeks. And service lies very pleasant people in some foreign country.

Excellent reliability and warranty policy - changed the power unit very promptly when it suddenly broke down after just two months. Friendly support also, but the prices can be high sometimes

With Intel core 9 with 12 gb of ram and 1000gb of storage plus graphic card Nvidia, of any brand that is economical for Colombia specifically in Bogota, can be all in one but would prefer with gamer tower

I bought this laptop in April 2020 after reading some good reviews and trusting the Dell name. Over the 25 years of owning various I have never purchased an extended warranty but something told me this time to do it. The laptop arrived from Dell and setup was a breeze. Within a couple weeks things started getting so bad that Dell Sent me a replacement. Then the new one started doing strange things, camera stopped working, the screen would have strange lines and then shut off etc. This time a technician came to my house and, in his words replaced everything except the hard drive.
Today it got stuck during a Microsoft update and was completely un responsive. I called Dell and spoke with a technician. He got it running again and then he started tinkering with the registry. Now it doesn't work at all and I am waiting for the technician to call back. I had an HP Envy for a couple years with never a problem but it was stolen in March thus the new one.
Do not ever, ever purchase a Dell product! This machine is a piece of junk and I will have to replace it

I have been using Dell computers for the better part of my life. The updates sometimes sucks, but the user ability and availability makes it really worthwhile.

It's really a good laptop, specifications are correct and Performance is very good, 10th gen processor i5,8GB/1TB at 14inches is worth the price
Both windows and office are genuine and should be activated online.
Please check the video for Office student pack activation. Backlight keyboard not in the specifications and Bag is not included with the product. Read the details properly.

Have owned this dell XPS 15 9510 computer for 1.5 years
First the mouse pad had to be replaced. Hardware issue in the first month but they refused to replace the computer. Sent someone to replace the part.
Then the charger left it's male part in the computer. Broken and in need of replacement in the first 6 months.
And now another hardware issue. Apparently
"The Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s 160MHz wireless Network Adapter (201D2W)
Adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems"
Needless to say a computer without Wi-Fi is useless.
THIS COMPUTER IS A LEMON.
Not to mention that I hardly use it because the mouse changes position at will.
While your typing you can look up to find that it inserted itself in the middle of another line.
This has become the worst computer I have ever owned

Tip for consumers:
This computer was a gift that came with an expensive support package. They sent someone to my home to replace bad hardware, the mouse pad. The one year support ended in December and now that a second piece of hardware has gone bad I know there will be no end. I have owned computers for 30 years and know that hardware failure in the first year is not common. Continued hardware failure indicates a much larger problem.

There products and prices are fine but customer service needs to be improved. I had to replace my system for which I contacted them several times and the kept me on hold for over a week.

As requested by Dell, I scheduled a service call with their Advanced Resolution Group to try and resolve the issue. The first scheduled call they did NOT call within the two-hour window that I provided them. The second time I scheduled a call with them and provided them with a two-hour window they called two hours AFTER the meeting was scheduled. They were unprofessional and showed a total disrespect and disregard for my time.

Tip for consumers:
Purchase from a different brand that values customers and puts an emphasis on customer service. Avoid Dell products at all costs.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 17-7779 2-in-1 and it has been nothing but a problem since I purchased it. The fan is EXTREMELY loud (up to 45db when running) and it will turn on and run when you are doing the most mundane processes (like using a website). I sent it to Dell twice to be repaired and they replaced the heat sink and the fan, only to continue to have it come on and run extremely loud. When their IT had it, they erased the second hard drive I installed both times without permission. (their excuse (from their non-English speaking associates) was that they didn't know why they erased the second hard drive and that it shouldn't have been done. Out of the year that I have had the computer, it has been basically unusable for 6 months because the fan is too loud to do any serious work on and it gets slow when it gets hot. They do not stand by their products, and if they've "repaired" this twice and it is acting up again then they need to conduct a recall because it is a horrible engineering flaw on their part. I will NOT purchase a Dell laptop ever again, and would advise everyone else to avoid them as well. I have a Lenovo laptop that is two years older than this Dell piece of junk, and the fan never comes on when using even resource-heavy applications (like Adobe). Purchase any other brand of a laptop before you purchase a Dell, and if you have one, do NOT send it to their service center for repair.

Purchase from any other brand before even considering a Dell.

Purchased a system worth over $4000 on May 25 with a June 26 delivery date, A week later and the date was pushed back a week, now just before it to be delivered I get an email saying it'll be another 4 weeks. Talked 45 minutes with customer service and finally they blamed COVID 19. I don't think COVID 19 put the delivery dates on Dell's site. If Dell has a supply problem then they need to adjust their delivery time to account for this not use bogus dates that they can make. COVID 19 is bad, DELL hiding behind it is sickening. Order was finally cancelled, no longer a DELL customer..

Their customer "service" is out of India, and they are unbelievably rude and dismissive. Guess they look down on us now.

I have had issues with the Dell Inspiron 27 7710 All-In-One since the first week I got it. The unit goes to the dreaded blue screen EVERYDAY. Windows freeze up at random and on and on and on. Now they are telling me I am past the point in which I can send the unit back. Furthermore, as of today, they claim the issue is software related and that I need to pay them to troubleshoot. Screen shot attached is the "Problem History" clearly showing multiple issues with the HARDWARE. So after I have spent numerous hours of my own time I now have to pay someone to attempt to fix it, on top of it all. I honestly do not think this can be legal and will be consulting with my attorney.

Tip for consumers:
I have been using Dell products for my entire career and currently own 5 units. After this I will never be using Dell again

Never buy a dell computer, I bought a Alienware r 11 right out of the box the video card didn't work, { major Hassel} i got another 1. It broke down after 6 months and dell tells me it will 6 or 7 months to fix it. They told me they will send me a new 1 but it has a slower motherboard, and i still don't have it months later. NEVER BUY A DELL you get screwed

The precision is a poor man's version of a mac but done really poorly and way to expensive for what it provides. The laptop is excessively heavy compared to the similar latitude or any Mac product but there's nothing in the function to account for the need for that weight.

They tried to copy the touch mouse from the mac book but did a terrible job- You have to two hand it for left vs right clicking as the track pad is WAY too big and the pad is very insensitive if you have cold hands.

The sound system is AWFUL compared to the latitude. I can not use the laptop to join meetings without a separate pair of headphones because the internal microphone and speakers are both trash- nobody can hear me and I can't hear them.

Overall, this is a really expensive paperweight and you'd be better off purchasing a mac of equal price that will out-function this in every single way. If my medical job didn't require windows OS for use of many software programs I would pull an Office Space on this computer.

WORST PRODUCT & SERVICE EVER! DONT BUY DELL!

Worst experience ever! We ordered 2 laptops for 3,5K and both of the screens were not working. We are now 6 weeks calling Dell Support and every time they say they will call me back. Nothing happens. No step further... WORST PRODUCT & SERVICE EVER! NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a Dell XPS 8 months ago. As I was using it today vertical & horizontal lines appeared on the screen. Dell says this is not covered under the warranty & I can pay them big bucks to fix it. This laptop is 8 months old, in perfect condition & the screen just stopped working. DO NOT BUY DELL. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY OR SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS.
