I was very disappointed in my experience with Deposit Photos.
I mistakenly purchased the incorrect standard video version at 240p. I needed the traditional standard option.
When I reached out to customer service, they would not let me convert my remaining credits over in order to purchase the ONE video in standard quality i needed.
So then, I purchased the ONE video I needed in the correct resolution, and they would not refund the REMAINING credits. Wow! They are so rigid - not good customer service at all!
Very interesting photos, I am disappointed that the vectors are an additional charge to my subscription. Overall a great resource for my weekly newsletter
Scam artists, they have an auto-renew on their subscription policy, there is no cancel button or method without calling them. Currently working on getting a refund.
Love the expansive library of images to support our business marketing. Each photo have different sixes for download with great quality finishing. New to the platform, but a big fan
I found Depositphotos 2 years ago while I was in search for cheaper stock pictures for a school that hadn't that big budget. Well, I found it! I started out as a customer and graduatly became a contributer, thanks to a great supportive community
depositphotos.com is a junk and they still money from users.
I frequently charged my account to buy photos... and frequently it dissapears credits from account. I didnt see that, until now, when I saw that I have 0 credits.
On my account page there is not page where I can trace history of money an credits.
I asked the support to tell me why I have 0 credits... and after 4-5 emails exchanged... they told me the credits expire after a period.
What is this?!? My money dosnt expire, but your credit does?!?!?
Hello from Israel. I bought a pack of 25 images in 100 dollars. I don't recall downloading more than 25 images (and I saw only 25 images in my PC) but maybe while picking images, indeed either from a human error or a technical problem of the input devices - browser interaction, 1 more image was downloaded.
Do you think DepositPhotos charged me only for this one? NO! They charged me for 1 more pack in another 100 dollars! That is, they charged me for 200 dollars in total and told me "I can't" have a refund. Only after locating the CEO's email (Dmitry), and many emails that several seemed to be ignored, only then I was asked to pay for the images alone.
I got an awful taste from DepositPhotos. They are ruining they're name that they developed as a very serious company with this attitude, they have no mercy on themselves, no desire to develop their businesses as should be done. It's insane. I will take me some time to digest that and I'm not sure I'll use their services again soon if at all, after charging me automatically like that on a whole package just because one photo and without any warning.
On 1st April I've received an email with a 15% discount promo code" from depositphotos.com"
I have signed up and subscribed for 100 images per day which they charged me $560.15 using skrill payment method.
Invoice No. '- S-*******
Note: I have everything screenshots, invoice, payment info and all emails
After 3 days they blocked my account for no reason, without even sending me a notice or warning. I tried to contact them but no one answered my call I contact their live support, the only message I got from them was "Please, write to *******@depositphotos.com"
All emails and phone calls to seek an explanation have been ignored. And any attempt to highlight complaints on their Facebook page leads to an immediate ban.
Before filing a complaint against depositphotos, I tried to contact but unfortunately they ignored me and the only message I got form them was "Your account has been detected as a participant of fraudulent activities."
They refused provide me any explanation and refused to refund my money forcing me to contact BBB for help, and once I filed complaint they sent me a full refund. Thanks to BBB.org for helping me
I purchased one month subscription and do not remember subscribing for Auto Renew. For my surprise, they have been charging me for 2 months straight and when I reached to their customer service, they offer to give credits for use and NO MONEY BACK. Sad part is there is NO WAY to remove the credit card details from their site... BAD PEOPLE... MAY GOD PUNISH THEM...
Hi. I appreciate being able to choose just the right photo for our website about foster children trying to get into college. Thank you for your service.
Answer: I chose them because other websites are too expensive for the amount you get. This is not an issue if this is being done in a commercial setting as cost is part of doing business. I on the other hand am a digital artist who creates non commercially and do not profit off my creations. I create for the sake of creating. I am able to get 30 downloads for $30 a month which for my purposes is perfect. For someone that just wants to create art non commercially then depositphotos offers the best value.
