ADDENDUM: After several emails, Depositphotos returned the credits. I still don't like the policy, but I have to be fair that they eventually responded.

Apparently purchased credits (NOT a time-based subscription, but a dollar amount in an account.) expire. They do not provide notice that expiration is coming up either on their site or by email or other such notification. They deplete your ac$#*! taking money in exchange for nothing. Their customer service is very poor. I use other such sites that do not employ such policiies.

I LOVE DepositPhotos.com! The images are fresh & of things I need for my biz. I had started to get disappointed & nervous when searching for a good site. I kept finding all of the same exact images on all of the different sites! My competitors were all using these same, dull, stale images. I don't want to be like my competitors! I want to stand out! I got a great deal on 300 images (downloaded@ 10 a day) from AppSumo.com for $59. I had paid almost $400 for one image a designer had picked out that we of course loved & went with but needless to say that was a lot compared to what we have here now. I will continue to buy images through them even after the trial. I have had some questions & the CHAT folks are great & very helpful. I highly recommend. :) StaySmilin!

I will never use depositphotos again! I paid for a 50 image subscription and didn't realize I only had 30 days to download. I'd barely downloaded half and then I was locked out! I paid a lot of money for nothing and didn't get what I needed out of it. I contacted customer service and they refused to work with me. I basically gave them money for nothing, they robbed me! I will never ever use them again! And I'd advice anyone else to never use them! Their download parameters are very unclear and are only geared towards auto renewal users, pulse it took me almost 40 mins to figure out how to delete my card from their site just so they couldn't auto charge me, and I've known people who have left their card on the site and turned off auto renewal and still got their card charged!

When you sign up there is an auto renew box that you are supposed to uncheck if you do not want to be billed for your auto renewal. Don't be fooled into thinking they will honor this. They went right ahead and billed my account even though they had no authority to do so for an additional load of credits. Now I am fighting with them to get my money refunded. I am very sorry that I ever used this site. Please learn from my mistake. There are a lot of honorable sites out there, this is NOT one of them. STAY AWAY!

Do not give your billing information to this company! They will never stop talking money from your account -- even three months after cancelling a trial subscripting, they are still pulling $59.00 from my PayPal account every month!

Each time I have complained to the company as well as PayPal. Paypal has refunded my money. Deposit photos has refused to take responsibility, telling me to take it up with PayPal. I do not want to go through this every month.

I could not find what I was looking for on their site so this whole NIGHTMARE was absolutely not worth it. I wish I had never done a trial subscription.

Easy user interface and GREAT PRICE!

I Found what I was looking for and turned a client on to the site as well. We were able to get the imagery we need for our projects without breaking the budget or needing a lawyer to explain the royalty free terms.

Terrible customer service and a horrible experience to boot. I tried the company out and when I wanted to cancel my subscription. The subscription auto renewed a day early so I sent an email asking for them to cancel my subscription. After they sent me back bad directions on how to cancel it myself. I sent them another email asking them to just do it since it would take them 2 minutes compared to me trying to figure out the terrible directions they gave me in their last email. They responded with a screen shot of Pay Pal on how to do it myself instead of just canceling it. That screen shot turned out to be old and I had to send PayPal a request to cancel my subscription and look into this companies business practices. It's odd how some businesses will just take advantage of someone for a few bucks.
Avoid this company you'll be glad you did. Good Luck.

In this era of World Wide Web, Depositphotos is considered one of the biggest photo stock that I have used plenty of time. All its hard work is truly appreciated round the clock and round the globe. I have never seen such like photo stock ubiquitous&omnipresent. Depositephotos service is as quick as the flash, in addition, I did not face any kind of problem with payment and shipping as well. I am going to use its service again and again in the future.

Quality Vectors

I found it easy to browse threw the site looking for vectors for my web sites. I got interested in it from my friend in Kansas. We chose many vectors. Love that you have the option of sizing your vectors.

I have used many of these sites over the years and this one seems to have it all. They have great pictures and leave enough room on the pics for the presentations that I normally use them for. Great value.

Good customer service

I contacted live chat rep. I was connected in one minute and Kathy is very helpful.

But i have one suggestion: i can only type 3 keywords to search the photos, while some websites can key in as many as keywords. Sometimes it is hard to find the photos i want.

I paid for one month of their service and they charged me for three months. I called several times and emailed, but there was no response or pick up of the calls. I have finally managed to get in contact with them, but they refuse to reverse the two months that weren't used and weren't authorized.

Great Place for all your art and photo needs
December 11, 2018

Easy to navigate and find the photos you need for your project. I like the organization of how each category and type of photo are grouped at the top of the screen so you can easily find what you are looking for or at least narrow down to a more specific type of image.

Scam

It is cheap, looks good, you buy it. After you download the first picture they call you and tell that you've bought the personal plan, and that you are not allowed to use as a company. Then they offer to charge you the difference. No refunds...

Do not give these people your financial info!
After I unsubscribed, they have pulled money from my PayPal account every month like clockwork. Paypal refunds my money but what a pain! I have complained every month to Deposit Photos and all they say is that PayPal is refunding my money.
Must I file for a refund every month! Make it stop!
Stay far far away from this shady operation.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They have a very misleading introductory offer. I am currently seeking a refund and will update this posting if they deliver on the promise of customer service.

Since writing this review, their payment provider, Segpay, has promised a refund. Seqpay delivered rapid and responsive service. They say it will take 5 business days for the refund to show up on my credit card. Fingers crossed.

When I signed up for Depositphotos.com I was misled into believing I was signing up 1 month only. Instead I was being billed monthly.
When I signed up for Depositphotos.com I was led into believing I was signing up for 1 month only. Instead I was being billed every following month as a recurring payment without my explicit permission. It was very deceitful of Depositphotos.com to charge me monthly while I was not even using their service.
I had t ask a CSR how to stop the billing because there is no obvious way to do this on their website. This is purposely hidden deep in the site so as to make it very difficult to change the account status from being billed monthly to billed only once. They do this to take advantage of people like me.

Don't come near depositphotos.com!
I had very BAD experience with them as to automatic subscription renewal. They scamming their customers where they don't tell you in your order confirmation NOR in the process of paying that they'll charge you again automatically the following month. Then, when you find out about that they're saying that there's NO WAY they can cancel this charge and refer you to the website to remove the automatic charge for the following month. There there's no place where you can cancel it BUT only when asking support to do this.
Just think about all the money they're doing for this SCAM where they've thousands of new customers WW every month automatically being renew their subscription without knowing about this...

I am sorry to say that but people of Depositphotos are thieves.
Deopsitphotos suspended my account for no apparent reason.
Few days ago Tuesday night, I noticed something was funky with my account when it got signed out automatically, It had said 0 credits on my account.

Thinking it was my browser, and decided to check it with another browser

It STILL said 0 credits on both and suddenly got logout.

Feeling concerned, I contacted live chat, the did not help me and I filed a ticket, (still waiting for reply). Next day I decided to log into my account again and that's the message I got "This login was blocked. Please contact our support service to resolve this problem."

I don't understand why Depositphotos took my credits and blocked my account for no reason.

When I signed up for the flex plan I understood that I got 10 photos and each additional would be $1. When I tried to purchase the 11th photo, I was unable and had to add another $10 to the account. Not sure where the misunderstanding occurred, but it is frustrating.
